Erection of The 132/33KV 63MVA Transformer, including Centrifusing, Testing & Commissioning
Complete erection of 132/33KV, 63MVA T/F. The erection of radiator, conservator tank, all bushings, turrets, Bucholz relay, connecting pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer jumpering of HV & LV side etc.Filling & topping up of the T/F oil in tank, radiator, all pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and attending the oil leakages if any and all other associated works for satisfactory completion of work. All T & P shall be provided.
40mm dia MS electrodes of 3 metre length ( Supply will be from Ispat Nigam/SAIL and its authenticated purchase Invoice, dated after tender date and specific for the S/S should be maintained and be submitted at the time of supply)

Dismantling of 132KV Equipments for Construction of 132KV Transfer Bus
Dismantling of 132KV Equipments for making space for Construction of 132KV Transfer Bus Bar along with all associated work at 132 KV S/S Barabanki
Dismantling of 145KV SF6 CB of all 4 No 132 KV Bays (2 Nos. Line Bays and 2 Nos. T/F Bays) by disconnection of AC and DC supply and opening of nut bolts, jumpers, cable connectors, earthing, GI Structures and lifting with the help of Hydra then shifting of all dismenteled material from old foundation to new foundation of Circuit Breaker with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily.
Dismantling of 145KV Bus/Line isolator of all 4 No 132 KV Bays (2 Nos.Line Bays and 2Nos. T/F Bays) by disconnection of AC and DC supply and opening of nut bolts, jumpers, cable connectors, earthing, GI Structures and lifting with the help of Hydra then shifting of all dismenteled material from old foundation to new foundation of Isolator with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily.

Erection of 145KV Bus isolators of all 4 No 132 KV Bays (2 NO line bays and 2No T/F Bays) by fixing of supporting structures as per drawing, the connecting all mechanical linkage, complete cable connection, electrical terminations as per drawing, the work also includes all the modifications required for the fixing base legs of bus isolators with the help of welding machine etc, providing fixing 50x6 mm ms flat for connection of earthing and painting it by 1 coat red oxide primer and 2 coat synthetic enamel green colour paint with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily.

Laying tensioning & stringing of 132KV Transfer bus bar of ACSR Moose conductor including hoisting of Disc Insulator string & Fitting etc. and jointing section of 132KV Transfer Bus by U shaped jumper between adajacent bus section with the help of suitable PG clamps including shifting of the conductor/ Material from store to switchyard (1 job for each phase per section)
Laying tensioning & stringing of 132KV Main bus bar of ACSR Twin Moose conductor including hoisting of Disc Insulator string & Fitting etc. and jointing section of 132KV Main Bus by U shaped jumper between adajacent bus section with the help of suitable PG clamps including shifting of the conductor/ Material from store to switchyard (1 job for each phase per section)
Fixing of spacers in twin ACSR Moose conductor For maintaining 250mm spacing between twin Moose / Zebra conductor. Each spacers is to be installed at every 3mtr distance of twin Moose conductor of all three phase conductor and in ther jumpers. All required labour, T&P etc. will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
Rejumpering of Twin/Single ACSR Panther/ Zebra/ Moose conductor between newly shifted main bus isolator to CB and CB to another bus and Tandem isolators and CTs with each other of all 4 No 132 KV Bays (2 NO line bays and 2No T/F Bays) and 132 KV Transfer Bus also (1 Job per single jumper/ 2 Job per twin jumper reconnection from both ends)

Laying of following sizes Control Cables to be Provided by Department as per Requirements in Cable Trenches from C&R Panels in control room to various 132KV & 33KV Equipments, Junctions Boxes, 63MVA TF Marshelling Box, RTCC Panel, and all equipments of the 132KV and 33KV side of the new 63MVA, 132/33KV T/F Bay, 132KV TBC Bay, 33KV Capacitor Bank Bays (2), 33KV Outgoing Bays (shifting- 2, Extension- 2, Spare- 1, Total- 5) in Switchyard, also for lighting work from LT ACDB to lighting junction boxes as per Cable Schedule including Shifting of Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site & Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores at the Sub Station : -

Earth Fault Detection Meter ( Kit shall be able to locate earth faults on live Floating 220 V/110V DC system. The instrument shall be capable of finding faulty interconnection (Source Mixing) on dual battery system, even in case of no earth fualt in both DC system. Also, capable to identify AC-DC mixing capable to detect earth fault in AC/DC ungrounded system (IT) upto 500V, Capable to measure leakage current in 415 V AC grounded system of Taurus/ Greenwatt make)
Making of Shielding Mesh for 03 Nos. 120KV LA by Fabrication of 06 Nos., 03 Meter Long Electrode with 40mm diameter MS Rod having 150mm Long Conical Shape and then its Piercing Vertically in the Ground with top 500mm below Ground Level, its Welding with 75x10mm size MS Flat for Making of Shielding Mesh for LAs and Finally, Connecting the Shielding with Main Earth Mat at 2 Places and finally Painting with Black Anti-Corrosive Paint, with due Digging of Earth / Trench, its Back Filling. Two no risers of 75x10mm MS Flat will be welded with exixting main earth mat to Auxiliary structure, one separate riser will be taken from the laid earth mat to corresponding LA through surge counter for making of proper mesh.
Excavation of trench in rectangular shape around LA structures for Diamond earthing for 03Nos. 30KV LA by fabrication of 06nos 3 Meter Long Electrode with 40 mm dia. MS Rod having 150 mm Long Conical Shape and then its Piercing Vertically in the Ground with top 700 mm below Ground Level, jointing electrodes with 75x10 mm size MS Flat by proper welding. Two no of risers of 75x10 sq mm MS Flat shall be welded with existing earthmatto Auxiliary structure, one separate riser will be taken from the laid earth mat to corresponding LA through surge counter for making of proper mesh.. Painting of shielding Mesh/Earthing strips with Black Anti-Corrosive Paint, with due Digging of Earth / Trench, its Back Filling.
Special earthing by way of boring & lowering of GI Pipe 50mm dia 60 feet long from ground upto water level and it will be connected to the MS strip 50x6mm including providing, laying of MS strip with cutting welding bending etc. for 36KV VCB’s & 36KV CT’s etc. of different bays at 132KV Sub-station, Barabanki. The earth strip will be welded to the GI Pipe. The work also includes cap & clamps for pouring water. All the materials, labour and T&P shall be supplied by the firm (02 Nos. Capacitor Banks, 02 Nos. Outgoing Bays).
