M&L for filling of new multigrade engine oil as per site requirement or as directed for DG sets of various capacities installed under GE (Army) Trivandrum including draining out used lubricant oil from the DG Set engine, cleaning of chamber, flushing out sludge accumulated in the oil chamber before filling new oil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out scheduled maintenance service of the DG sets of 320 KVA through manufacturer service engineer complete including replacement of elements of fuel filters, engine oil filters and air filter with gaskets checking the engine for any leakages adjusting engine belt tension topping up radiater coolent etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: Contractor should provide complete service from concerned company and provide service report to office after completion of the the service. Engine oil/coolent required for servicing the DG set will be measured and paid seperatly under relenvant items.

M&L for draining out completely radiator coolant of different capacity of DG sets by loosen drain plug and then tighten the drain plug, slowly feed coolent of superior grade into the radiator through the filler unit radiator is full, squeeze the upper radiator house 2/3 times after coolent reaches the filler neck, close the radiator cap, testing after refilling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of painted surfaces of the acquistic enclosure/DG sets of capacity 100KVA DG Set by scraping and removing rust and other objects and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint of existing colour by spray painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and making SM/MES Nos and repairing and greasing door hinges and locks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for overhauling of alternator by heating and varnishing rotor and stator assembly for getting proper IR value and reasseble the same of DG set capacity 100/62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spread loose filling with river sand inside the FOL store, cable duct in DG set room etc not exceeding 150mm thick layer including removing the old sand to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead of GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers of the earth and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 50mm bore from earth plate to Panel/DBs and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade raised up to a level of 50cm above ground level with plug at top, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 50 mm thick using 8.00mm dia CTD bars reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre with handle, 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work in soft/ loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and directed, including taking down existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m laid infront of LT panel and DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new appropriate size battery terminal cable including hose clips, apply petroleum jelly on battery terminals, tighten the terminals and testing including dismantling the old/detoriated battery terminal cables complete all as specified and directed

Supply and install in replacement of on load change over switch 415 volt AC, 50Hz in steel sheet metal enclosure, 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps, confirming to IEC-947-3 staggered terminals, site convertable fuse version, interchangable dual shaft position with site convertibility, to be provided into existing panel including dismantling of old unsv one and making electrical connections new one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and install in replacement of on load change over switch 415 volt AC, 50Hz in steel sheet metal enclosure, 4 pole of capacity 630 Amps, confirming to IEC-947-3 staggered terminals, site convertable fuse version, inter changable dual shaft position with site convertibility, to be provided into existing panel including dismantling of old unsv one and making electrical connections new one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair to 12 Volt Battery of 200 AH suitable for 320 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair to 12 Volt Battery of 150 AH suitable for 160 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair to 12 Volt Battery of 100 AH suitable for 100 /62.5 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for overhauling of auto main failure Panel by auth tech suitable for 320/160/100/62.5/30/20 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed

Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of 01 No electrically operated bed cum passenger lift of make ECE and of 1360 KG capacity (for 20 persons) with 3 landings including ground floor (G+2), alongwith emergency rescue device, installed at MH at Pangode Military Station Trivandrum including attending day maintenance of lift and keeping the lift functional at all times complete all as specified and directed.

Notes (78.01 to 78.08). Maintenance/repair work shall be carried out through trained service engineer from OEM only as per maintenance schedule. The lowest bidder shall sign an MoU with OEM for carrying out the maintenance and repair work and produce original MoU to GE for entire period of contract.

The contactor shall carry out the maintenance service of the lift every month.

Makes of the spare parts shall be of same make as used by original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

Repair/replacement of any components rendered unserviceable due to wear and tear, such as, inverter system, controller parts, printed circuit boards, belts, rollers, gears, bearing, gear oil, solenoid coils, shaft lights, chokes, break shoes liners, contactor relay coils, push button, door locks, cabin light, minor repair of lift motor, indicators and other minor mechanical parts except major parts like, landing and car doors, ARD battery bank, repair to lift motor, rewinding of cabin fan, lift cabin, guide rails, ropes, counterweights travelling cables, etc shall be deemed to be included in the comprehensive maintenance rate and no extra payment shall be given on this account.

Unserviceable components/materials removed should be deposited at MES store yard. The technician should report to AGE E/M office daily morning at 9 am where a register will be maintained. The contractor should attend the rescue/failure calls immediately and should start the work within 30 minutes otherwise a penalty of Rs. 1000/each late hour shall be recovered from contractor's dues.

The maintenance service report shall be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge every month duly signed by the technician and supervisor immediately after completion of maintenance/ services of lift.

Any other checks, maintenance and repair as required for the smooth operation of lift shall also be carried out by the contractor.

Bidders shall visit the site of work and make themselves aware of site conditions, condition of work, OEM of the lift and other relevant aspects before quoting the tender.

M&L for repair/ replacement of controller mother board, full collective all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for repair/ replacement of AC VVVF (variable voltage variable frequency) drive of 11 KW capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
