Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI Based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Applying two coats of exterior weather proof amto alga 100% acrylic smooth emulsion with eight year of performance warranty by Asian or equivalent WC all Guard and WC long life by Asian or equivalent appliied using air less techonlogy with max working pressure of 3300 psi or as per manufacturer instructions and capable of operational single spray gun with a maximum material hose length 30 mtr the spray should be of repute make as specified by paint supplier and as mentioned in PS and accessories for appling the exterior emulsion should be able to spray in hard toreach areas and achive the good wounding and penetration of paint on the surface to achive exelent appliction using limited manpower as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of weather coat (Apex) over two primer coats of dump shealth to old plastered walls as per manufacturer instruction including properly fillings the cracks with putty and applied by approved applicator complete all asspecified and directed
