Loosening original ground upto thirty centimetre below sub-grade level and compacting by rolling with Road rollar 8-10kN static weight at OMC to achieve the required density as per Tables 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD Technical Specification clause 303 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base 100mm (one hundred millimeter) consolidated thick by providing well graded materials, (Grading-I) spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel 80-100kN (eighty to hundred) static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for rural roads table 400.1 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying, spreading by mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, crushed stone aggregates of Grading-II, 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) nominal size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using templates, hand packing rolling with three wheeled roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming with stone screening Type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 (zero point two zero) cubic meter per 10 Sqm. (ten square metre) and binding material at the rate 0.06cum (Zero point zero six cubic metre) per ten square metre of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying, spreading by manual/mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, stone aggregates of Grading-III, 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three to twenty two point four millimetre) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing motor grader, rolling with three wheeled roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for grading-III as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogramme) per square meter of road surface as per MORD Technical specification clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thick bituminous concrete with min 40-60 TPH (forty- sixty tonne per hour) hot mix batch type/drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (Thirteen millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-thirty) @ 5.50% (five decimal five zero percent) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepered surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic type roller of 12-15 (Twelve-fifteen Tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56mpa (Zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six-eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH technical specification clause No. 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidental.
