SPECIAL REPAIR TO SOLAR WATER HEATER AND PROVN OF BRICK WALL AT AF STN SAMANA UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO 1

Supply and fixing in replacement of non presurized type ETC Solar water heater insulated tank of capacity 100 lpd having inner tank galvanised iron material thickness 2.5mm, 50mm high density PUF insulation and outer cover 0.5mm thick galvanized iron sheet with PP powder coating including air release valve and inlet/outlet point on existing structure and connect to water pipeline including taking down of old rusted/broken tank from structure by disconnecting all pipeline, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of non presurized type FPC Solar water heater insulated tank of capacity 100 lpd having inner tank galvanised iron material thickness 2.5mm, 50mm high density PUF insulation and outer cover 0.5mm thick galvanized iron sheet with PP powder coating including air release valve and heating element of 2KW and inlet/outlet point etc., on existing structure and connect to water pipeline including taking down of old rusted/broken tank from structure by disconnecting all pipeline, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of evaporative tube collector of size 58x1800mm Solar water heater complete with all its fittings to existing heating tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of flat plate collector module on existing structure with all its fittings to existing heating tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair hot water supply hose along with its two numbers round clip for connecting water supply from Solar water heater panel to its storage tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of solar water heater ETC/FPC type structure suitable for capacity upto 500lpd designed to bear the weight of solar collector and water tank made with galvanized steel, manual tilt adjustment, structure thickness atleast 2mm, hot dip galvanized finish, suitable to withstand wind velocity 150km/h, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Note:- For measurment purpose structure for one module shall be counted as one unit.

Supply & Fixing in repair 32mm bore CPVC pipess SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. with Tee, elbow, reducer, union etc connecting items including taking down old pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair 25mm bore CPVC pipess SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. with Tee , elbow, reducer, union etc connecting items including taking down old pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.
