Attach copies of service confirmation / work order regarding the provision of vehicle services in any government / semi-government organization in the previous 03 years.

Attach the registration details and certificate of the organization.

Attach the registration certificate from the Tourism Department.

Submit the certificate of GST registration and the Clearance Certificate obtained from the Commerce Department regarding the previous 1 year GST Clearance or submit copies of GSTR-3B Return Filing.

Commercial/Trade License Registration Certificate obtained from the local bodies in force for the current year should be submitted (should be obtained from BBM/CMC TMC/Grama Panchayat)

The bidders should submit a solvency letter of 30% of the tender amount obtained from a nationalized bank in the name of the tender inviting authority regarding financial strength. The said document should be obtained during the tender submission period.

It is mandatory to submit a recent police verification certificate obtained from the District Superintendent of Police stating that there is no pending case against the organization.

Blacklisted firms are not allowed to participate in the tender and a copy of the e-stamp paper certified by a notary (Rs. 200/-) stating that they are not included in the blacklist must be submitted (the tender inviting authority should be the first party and the second party should be the firm participating in the tender, the said document should be obtained during the tender submission period).

Attach the registration number and certificate (YELLOW BOARD RC) of the own/contracted vehicles.

Attach the fitness certificate of the own/contracted vehicles.

Attach the insurance copies of the own/contracted vehicles.

Attach the pollution control certificate of the own/contracted vehicles.

Attach the permit copies of the own/contracted vehicles.

Attach the driver's license copies of the own/contracted vehicles.
