SUB-HEAD I : SITC OF VCB PANEL, TRANSFORMER & LT PANEL

Supply & Delivery of Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad,single tier, totally enclosed and fully interlocked,fully compartmentalized,free standing, 11 kV VCB Panel with 3 Nos 800 A VCBs (1 Incomer + 2 Outgoing) as per IS 13188, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification and approved make attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 11 KV,3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise 2 nos 1000 KVA Dry Type Transformers .

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the above 11 kV VCB Panel with PT & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.

Supply & Delivery 1000 KVA, 3 Phase , Cast Resin Dry Type Transfirmer suitable for operation in 11KV/415V, ,50Hz power supply, having cable end box in the HV & LV sides and all accessories and conforming to IS 11171-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification and approved make attached ( uploaded in the specification section)

Installation, Testing & commissioning of above11 KV/ 415 volt, 1000 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. S&F base channels etc.

SITC of floor mounted Indoor type extensible cubical type LT Panel,fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC and conforming to relevant IS with latest modification and as per detail specification and approve make attached ( uploaded in the specification section)[LT MAIN PANEL IN THE SUBSTATION]

Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.

SUB HEAD II - HT/ LT CABLING IN SUBSTATION

Supplying and laying of 1 No. 11KV (E/UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 with latest ammenment of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required as per approved make uploaded herewith.[ From Supplier HT Gear to Consumer HT Gear and to Transformer].

Making heatshrinkable joints to the ends of the following XLPE HT cable at the transformer end as well as at the VCB ends supplying with necy. jointing kits, sockets, sleeves, anti-corrossive paste, wires, solders, jointing compounds, rubber sheets etc. incl. supplying of necy. tools & tackeles for crimping the end sockets, soldering irons & making of glands at the both end of the cable as per directions of EIC

SUB HEAD III - EARTHING

Earthing with Copper plates per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) [ FOR TRANSFORMER NEUTRAL AND DG SET EARTHING ]

S& laying 240 sq. mm. single core multistrand PVC insulated flexible Cu wire in suitable size of PVC flexible pipe (reinforced) from nutral earth busbar to transformer point as required (for Transformer /Generator neutral earthing) including Socketing both sides by Cu Socket.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for plate electrode as to G.S.

Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearence of 6 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Insulating the 65 x 8 mm M.S. flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC (for transformer neutral earth bus bar).

Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer, excavation and re-filling etc as reqd.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply & fixing 75x45 mm "C" channel having length of 2 mtr. each channel incl. nuts, bolts and washer etc.

S & F special type earth electrode clamp made of GI flat with nuts, bolts,, washer etc. suitable for 80 mm dia GI pipe earth.

SUB HEAD - IV - SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required.

Providing of set of 4 nos. 9.5 litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint 'FIRE' and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket and suitable base of appropriate size & capacity I/c filling sand etc.

Providing First Aid Box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 13115-1991.

Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.20 sq.metre).

SUB-HEAD VI : EXECUTION OF MISCLENEOUS WORKS

Making masonary cable trench after cutting all sorts of soil. The inside mearsurment of trench 900 mm clear width x 900 mm clear depth by providing 250 mm thick brick work with 1st class brick cement mortorr (1:4) on both sides and bottom of the trench consisting with 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling 15mm thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside wall & 3mm thick neat cement finish.

Supply, fabrication and placing/fixing MS checkered plate made of 6mm thick incl 30mm x 30mm x 6mm MS angle iron structure welded by fixing insert plates at 4 sides in cable trench top with 2 nos 3/8" TMT handle rod incl gas cutting, grinding & drilling with one coat of red laid primer and one coats of synthetic enamel paint as per direction of EIC.

Core cutting of 125mm thick RCC slab by suitable core cutting machine for passing necessary vertical run of Electrical Bus duct/ cables/ cable tray/ protection pipes/ earthing strip etc including mending good the damages as per direction of the EIC.

Cutting floor/ brick wall by suitable tools for passing electrical cables/ cable tray/ protection pipes/ earthing strip etc including mending the damages as per direction of the EIC.

SUB-HEAD VII : SITC OF LT PANEL IN THE BUILDING

SITC of floor mounted indoor type expandable cubical MV Switchboard in suitable enclosure having Short Circuit withstand capacity of 31 MVA (i.e, 45 KA) for one second, fabricated by CPRI Approved panel builder as per enclosed specification.

SUB-HEAD VIII : SITC OF RISING MAIN

Supplying, installing on wall, testing and commissioning of following capacity Air Insulated Compact Type Rising Mains foruse on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50Hz A.C. supply withenclosure having IP-54 rating after fixing the tap off boxes and all accessories, made of 1.6mm thick steel sheet duly powder coated in convenient sections complete with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars having current density of 130 A/ sq cm at nominal current rating, necessary joints & expansion joints, fire barrier at each floor, provision of tapping at every metre, continuous earthing with 2 Nos aluminium strip of suitable size (one on each side) including, G.I. clamping brackets, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required as per item no 3.8 of DSR 2018.

Terms and condition

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year
