Architectural / Consultancy services for engaging Architect for preparation of DPR including conceptual drawing, Building & Road layout plan, refurbishment plan, elevation, sections, perspective views landscape Design, Models, Project presentation and thereafter preparation of detail Structural Design and Drawings, detail cost estimates of approved Architectural PLAN on PWD pattern and providing technical assistance for clearance of the design, drawings, and estimates from the Govt. Institution engaged by the UT Administration for vetting, verification and planning procurement of medical equipment, Hospital Furniture, Accessories and other hospital infrastructure supporting facilities and providing assistance for supervision of works during the course of execution as and when required by the department including certifying the construction quality and structural stability etc. till the project complete period for the work awarded. (Rates to be quoted should be excluding GST)
