Material & Labour for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable depositing 8 cm thick before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable including spreading and consolidations. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches dry well burnt locally available sub class 'B' bricks over sand cushioning for protection of cable. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for replacement of cable jointing kit for 11 kV grade (Earthed) HT cable for indoor termination heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of following sizes. Complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Birla 3M, Denson, Raychem.

Dismantling of unserviceable insulators of any type/ size and removal from site. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators including galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanized iron nuts, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia including section of straps of 38 mm x 5 mm size 20 mm dia of bolts, nuts & washers for 11000 volts grade. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white brown or green insulators for working pressure 11000 volt of 145 mm height 255 mm dia ball and socket type Two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductors including bolts, nuts & washers. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable air break gang operated switch 11000 volts grade from overhead HT line structure vertical/ horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing 11 KV outdoor type gang opearted air break switch, 9 insulator, triple pole vertical type mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 25 mm dia gaIvanised pipe (Medium Grade) operating rod of suitable length for current rating upto 400 Amps with dropout fuse connected with new ACSR conductor. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deemed to be included the cost of steel frame, galvanised pipe of suitable length and drop out fuses.

Dismantling unserviceable expulsion fuse assembly including insulators, 11000 volts grade from pole. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing explusion fuse single pole including insulators and drop out fuse 11000 volt grade of 25 to 50 Amps capacity complete. (Set of Three). Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable lightening arrestors including insulators, 11000 volts grade from poles and removal from site. (Set of Three). Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Detecting of fault of HT underground cable (any place any length any type/ size) with help of vehicle mounted cable fault locator including detecting exact location of cable fault and remove of cable for rectification. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 11 KV SF6 (VCB) from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts including greasing, oiling, replacement of unserviceable Trip coil, Breaker charging motor, gear pinion, roller switch, big gear checking of SF6 quality of vaccum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance etc and re-assembling the same after require and made the VCB serviceable including making all electrical connection and testing (IR value, Ratio test, polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV current transformer (set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT and testing and calibration of relay (set of two over current and one earth fualt) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) All spares parts of VCB panel shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent item as supply only. (ii) The repair work and testing of VCB shall be carried out by the representative of OEM only.

Supply only breaker charging motor including gear assembly 220 volt AC of 11 KV VCB SF6 panel. Make: ABB or make. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, indoor CT 100 A/50A+1A ACC Class 5P ratio suitable for SF6 VCB of Make-ABB or equivalent model of make. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, indoor PT 110 V suitable for SF6 VCB of Make-ABB or equivalent model of make. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair 11 KV panel indicating lamp fitting RYB LED type suitable for 12/24 volt DC complete with base. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair 11 KV VCB panel volt ampere frequency meter digital type suitable for 12/24 volt DC complete with base. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing 11 KV bus insulator suitable for 11 KV SF6 VCB Panel. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edged of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolt, nut, check nut and washer of galvanized iron or steel protected by galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm bore medium grade, including. Funnel, 20 mm dia bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade for watering, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layers all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15 cm including. Excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, CI pit cover, including disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 meter complete testing on completion, all complete as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of earth strip and GI protection pipe upto a distance 7.5 metre shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, fixing and testing of 11 KV HT ceramic bushing of transformer 11 KV/ 433 volt indoor/ outdoor of various capacities complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old bushing.

Supply fixing and testing ceramic bushing LT side of transformer 11 KV/ 433 volt indoor/ outdoor of various capacities i.e. upto and including 350 KVA. Complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old bushing.

Supply, fixing and testing bushing rod of brass both ends threaded including nut, check nut and washer LT side of transformer 11 KV/ 433 Volt indoor/ outdoor of various Capacity upto and including 350 KVA complete the same all as specified and as directed including taking out old bushing rod.

Supply & fixing in repair gasket set of synthetic rubberized cork sheet 10 mm thick for transformer top lid cover suitable for transformer of capacity upto 350 KVA. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting of transformer after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil strains, dust etc and applying two coat of heat resistance paint by spray paint including writing SM/ MES no and capacity of transformer of capacity upto 350 KVA. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS No : 335-1993 low viscosity type having dielectric strenght of 40-60 KV in 2.5 mm gap for toping up. Complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Castrol, Power oil, gulf as approved by GE).

Supply & Fixing in replacement breather assembly complete with 250 grams silica gel suitable for any capacity/ model of transformer to air column of conservator tank. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement breather assembly complete with 500 grams silica gel suitable for any capacity/ model of transformer to air column of conservator tank. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of LT/ HT coil, conforming to the orginal winding of the transformer of any make/ capacity with super enamelled DPC insulated copper wire/ strip of appropriate guage and turns and cutting and moving of burnt winding cleaning of core and drying in over after assembly including allied materials. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Old retrieved materials shall be contractors property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor's dues. (ii) Rewinding work shall be carried out through OEM authorised representative. (iii) The repair work under each transformer shall be ordered by GE in writting after visual inspection on opening of transformer. (iv) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of new gasket.

Painting of HT pole (above ground) including cross arms after cleaning the complete body surface of pole by rubbing with emery paper to remove old paint, dust etc and applying two coat of aluminium paint by brush and zebra painting with synthetic enamel paint of 20 cm alternating layer with blue and white colour for 1 Mtr from top of coping including writing pole No/ MES No in bold letters complete for HT 4 pole structure. Complete all as specified and as directed
