SUPPLY, DISMANTLING, FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF STEAM PIPE LINE AND MOUNTINGS

SUPPLY, DISMANTLING, FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF STEAM PIPE LINE IN COGEN PLANT, AS PER BELOW DESCRIPTION & ATTACHED JOB SCOPE OF THE TENDER DOCUMENT:

Dismantling of existing damaged Steam Pipe (450 NB, SCH 40, Length 6 Meters) and related mountings (Temperature Control Valves- 6"-01 Nos.), Safety Valve-8",-01 Nos.), Drain Pipe Line--1", and Vent etc & replacement and commissioning of new pipe and related mountings with all necessary accessories. Dismantling of existing Pipe line: a. Removal of Insulation of existing Steam pipeline. b. Cutting & dismantling of the existing 6-meter long 450 NB SCH 40 steam pipe line. The pipeline needs to be locked so that it shouldn’t change its position. c. Dismantling of existing valves. The pipeline to be cut & dismantled in such a way that it does not damage the nozzle. d. Scaffolding to be erected by the vendor. Requisite materials for making the scaffolding will be arranged by the HBL. e. After completion of the work, the worn-out pipe will have to be kept at the designated place as advised by the Engineer. Fabrication & Erection of new Pipe line: a. Fabrication & Erection of new Pipe line. b. The pipe line to be properly fitted and its V-angle to be correctly matched before welding and the gap of the pipe line to be maintained. c. Flanges/valves to be fitted properly so that the direction of nozzle should be towards the direction of the steam flow. d. Leakage test to be carried out after the completion of job and it should be ensured that there should not be any leakage of steam. e. It is to be noted that 100% Radiography of weld joints as applicable to be carried out. g. As advised by Engineer In Charge for dismantling, fabrication & erection of allied jobs required for successful completion of works explained above to be carried out by the vendor.

Con.Reducer - SA234 WPB, Size-80 NB x 50 NB, Sch-80, Qty-02 Nos. c.Elbow-90-SA- 234 WPB, Size-25 NB, Sch-80, Qty-4 Nos. d.Pipe- SA -106 GR-B, Size-80 NB, Sch-80-6 Meter. e. Con. Reducer-SA 182 F91, Size-50 NB X 25 NB, Sch-80, Qty-02 Nos. f. Pipe- Sch80, SA335 P11, Size-50 NB-6 Meter. 2) Supply of Pipe for Boiler Feed Pump Balancing Pipe Line: a.Pipe-SA106 GR-B, 65 NB, Sch 40, Qty-06 Meter.
