Construction of 110mm thick brick partition walls in C.M (1:5) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non-modular or traditional size) from approved kilns (230x110x70mm) including curing cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc. complete.

Plastering in C.M in using best river sand including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S.Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for verandah openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design weighing at the rate of 20 to 25 kg per Sq.m. including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with two coats over a primary coat red oxide metal primer (total three coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes in RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply, laying and testing 110mm dia Prince/Sudhakar or any ISI Brand PVC/SWR pipes confirming to ISI standards of 6kg/cm2 true to alignment and gradient including all sundries with necessary specials required etc.,including making holes in walls, RCC slabs, beams,columns and making good the same including cost and conveyance of all the materials and incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution but excluding cost of specials (will be paid seperately as per actuals).

Painting two coats for New external walls with Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint (external) over a primary coat (total three coats) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911.

Supply of Skilled workmen (Mason) labour for attending different works as and when required, as directed by the department etc., complete.

Mud plastering 6 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, all incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging JCB (Capacity / output of machine 0.24/1 Cum) 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The JCB should excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The JCB should load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the JCB should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The JCB should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Hire charges for Dozer (D50) for spreading cutting and cleaning including cost and conveyance and all incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel SS 304 grade tubes, sections, plates, sheet and pipes of all sizes and diameters, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using SS welding rods including buffing, polishing lacquer finishing to present seamless finishing etc., completed as directed during execution.
