REPAIR TO CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS AND GEYSER UNDER GE RAMGARH CANTT.

Taking down carefully by disconnecting electrical connection of unserviceable ceiling fans/exhaust fans of any sweep and size from its position at different locations in cantt area and removing the same fan to MES store yard to keep in safe custody for repairing/overhauling and refixing/ reinstallation of repaired/serviceable fans (taken from MES store yard) to the different locations in cantt area complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Transportation of ceiling fans/exhaust fans from site location to MES store yard & back shall be made through proper issue/receipt voucher duly mentioning MES rep.

Servicing ceiling fans of 1200mm/1400mm/ any sweep and size for repairing/overhauling by cleaning/greasing/oiling etc. and reassembling the same after and including replacement of unserviceable spare parts as required. (which shall be measured and paid separately under respective items here-in-after) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but for exhaust fans of 450/300/225 sweep and size

S & F 2.5µfd capacitor suitable for ceiling fans of 1200/1400 mm sweep of approved make all as specified.

S & F condenser 4 µfd of ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :Voltas/Universal/Zeco/Blue star/Carrier or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F ball bearing SKF 6202/6201/equivalent suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fans complete all as specified.

S & F Gun Metal bush suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fans complete all as specified.

S & F mild steel clamps with rubber real, nut bolts with washer, check nut and including spliting pin suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fans, complete all as specified.

S & F down rod fabricated out of 15mm dia heavy grade MS conduit not less than length of 450-750 mm with suitable fan clamps duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S & F down rod fabricated out of 15mm dia heavy grade MS conduit not less than length of 1250 mm with suitable fan clamps duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S & F MS hooks fabricated out of 50x6mm including nut, bolts (6-8 mm dia & 40 to 50 mm long with spring washer) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F PVC flexible wire of size 23/.0076 sqmm multi stranded, twin core, PVC sheathed copper conductor all as specified.

M & L for cutting of existing winding of ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep and rewinding with same/suitable size super enameled copper winding wire and including insulating the same with super enameled varnish and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cutting of winding coil of ceiling fans shall only be done in presence of Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 13 here-in-before but for cutting of existing winding of ceiling fans of 1400 mm sweep

M & L for cutting of existing winding of exhaust fans of 450 mm sweep and rewinding with same/suitable size super enameled copper winding wire and including insulating the same with super enameled varnish and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cutting of winding coil of ceiling fans shall only be done in presence of Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 15 here-in-before but for cutting of existing winding of exhaust fans of 300 mm sweep.

M & L for preparation of old rusted surface of ceiling fans of any sweep by cleaning to remove only dust etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel white paint and marking MES number with non erasable marker pen with black colour all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old rusted surface of exhaust fans of any sweep by cleaning to remove only dust etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel brown paint and marking MES number with non erasable marker pen with black colour all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down desert non functional GEYSER of 25/35/50 litres from its location and inspection for replacement of worn out parts to make it functional, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately, spare parts shall be of similar approved make of GEYSERS or as approved by GE.

S & F in replacement thermostat suitable for 25/35/50 litres capacity with ISI tested marked including necessary electric connection for GEYSERS, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Venus/Pearl/Power pack/Volina/Power series/Bajaj/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE

S & F in replacement of heating element thread/push type 1500 watts capacity suitable for horizontal/vertical type GEYSERs of capacity 25 Litres, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Venus/Pearl/Power pack/Volina/Power series/Bajaj/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE

All as per item No. 21 here-in-before but 2000 Watts capacity.

S & F in replacement of PVC flexible duty pipe with flair joints at both the ends suitable for screwing 15mm dia pipe ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F indicator bulb (Red & Blue) suitable for GEYSER, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chage.

S & F in replacement of copper water tank 25 Ltrs capacity Geyser with ISI tested marked including necessary electric connection for geysers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Venus/Pearl/Power pack/Volina/Power series/Bajaj/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE

S & F in replacement of copper water tank 35 Ltrs capacity Geyser with ISI tested marked including necessary electric connection for geysers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Venus/Pearl/Power pack/Volina/Power series/Bajaj/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE

S & F in replacement of copper water tank 50 Ltrs capacity Geyser with ISI tested marked including necessary electric connection for geysers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Venus/Pearl/Power pack/Volina/Power series/Bajaj/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE

Refixing of Geysers of any capacity 25/35/50 Ltrs with nuts & bolts of size 1/2" x 6" long 4 Nos grouting in wall with cement mortar (1:4) including electrical connection and water connection in same or other location after taking down the old one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
