S&F water heater storage type, 5 star rating (Geyser) of capacity 25 litres rated power 2KW including grouting the nuts, bolts, washers and all other accessories as required at site for the effective functioning of the water heater complete all as directed.

S&F steel water tubing 15mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all specified as directed.

S&F stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed of size 15mm bore, complete all specified as directed.

S&F flexible PVC connection, nylon thread reinforced 15mm dia, 450mm long brass nut at both ends for 15mm dia pipe for hot water, complete all specified as directed.

S&F bib tap 15mm, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, complete all specified as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure , single pole and neutal including two pin, earth plug and socket, with one MCB single pole, 20 Amp, 240volt, including necessary electric connections complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (Concealed) with single core multi stranded copper conductor 2.5Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium duty of 25mm dia with all standard fittings such as Tee junction, bends etc, concealed in wall/fixed on ceiling including powder coated M.S. box of required module for modular switches/sockets etc, including 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade for earth continuity, as for one power point 6 pin combined module multipurpose 6 & 16Amps modular socket outlet, controlled by one modular switch, complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Rate quoted shall be deemed to include cutting chases for concealing conduit and making good in cement mortar (1:4) or PCC (1:2:4) as required. 2. Modular switches and sockets shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F exhaust fan AC single phase 230V of size 300mm sweep with louver and 1400rpm, including making hole for 300mm sweep exhaust fan, complete all specified as directed.

Material and labour, point wiring (Concealed) with single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty of size 19/20mm with all standard fittings such as Tee junction, bends etc, concealed in wall/fixed on ceiling including powder coated M.S. box of required module for modular switches/fan regulators etc, including 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade for earth continuity, as for one light/ fan/bell point or fan point controlled by one modular switch, complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Rate quoted shall be deemed to include cutting chases for concealing conduit and making good in cement mortar (1:4) or PCC (1:2:4) as required. 2. Modular switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix, modular switch, one way, 6Amps, one module, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65mm x 50mm, three terminals complete all as directed.

S&F switch piano flush button type, 5Amp, single pole one way complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Sub Main Wiring with Two run single core 6Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100volts grade colour code cables, drawn on surface in and including PVC conduit of 25mm dia bore medium grade, including standard fittings such as Tees, junction, bends etc., with and including One run of continuous multi stranded copper conductor 6Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100volts grade colour code cable for earth continuity and making good disturbed surface including taking down old wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two run of 6Sqmm + One run of 6Sqmm for earth wire shall be measured as one RM.

Supply and fixing anti suicide down rod for ceiling fans in various locations, having minimum length 200 mm or as directed as per site conditions, made of MS and good quality material, in white colours including taking down ceiling fan of any size for replacing old fan rod with anti suicide down rod, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Gold Life or equivalent as approved by GE

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 1500.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
