Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggreage as in surface channel & drain finished to desired slope including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings of drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar 1:1 internal dia of pipe 300 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars including demolition of existing pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to 300 mm drain pipes in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including packing under and completely surrounding of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out soil settled in bed of drains by means of excavation including removing grass, small bushes, shrubs etc and removing the excavated materials to a distance exc 50m but n.exc. 100m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick , Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) including all mouldings but excluding frame Set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of cement based paint on newly plastered surface over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness Laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and colour pigment complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation in layers complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Mild Steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide zincl chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 900mm dia Galvanised concertina wire coil 2.50mm dia fixing to any type of standard rails/angles straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Note for all items :- If any item gets repeated in this schedule, the lowest rate quoted for those same items by the L-1 bidder shall be considered for payment and decision of Accepting Officer i.e. GE(AF) Baroda in this regard shall be final and binding.
