(Drain pipe line shall be properly fixed and clamped to line and level as per the direction of site engineer in charge). (Approved make: V guard or equivalent reputed brand)

Supply & providing wall mounting type 5 kVA or Higher required capacity Voltage Stabilizer designed for Air conditioning load working on 240V, 50Hz Single Phase AC supply to feed output voltage at +/- 10% tolerance with automatic low voltage & high voltage cutoff, built in thermal overload protection, powder coated enclosure etc. complete good quality and approved make and giving connection. (Approved make: Vguard or equivalent reputed brand)

Supply & drawing additional control cabling of required size as per manufacturer specification between indoor and outdoor units 4C x 1.5 Sq mm Flexible copper Wire

Supply & drawing additional control cabling of required size as per manufacturer specification between indoor and outdoor units 4C x 2.5 Sq mm flexible coppe Wire (For 2.2 TR Capacity)

Supply & laying additional CPVC drain pipe of good quality and suitable size to extend water drain connection till nearest silt terminal as required at site.(For 2.2 TR Capacity)

Supply & providing additional refrigerant lines (both suction and Discharge) using hard drawn copper pipe of the sizes recommended by the manufacturer including suitable thickness nitrile rubber thermal insulation of good quality to extend the refrigerant gas connection till outdoor unit as required at site.(For 1TR & 1.5TR)

Supply & providing additional refrigerant lines (both suction and Discharge) using hard drawn copper pipe of the sizes recommended by the manufacturer including suitable thickness nitrile rubber thermal insulation of good quality to extend the refrigerant gas connection till outdoor unit as required at site.(For 2.2 TR Capacity)

PART B

SITC of Cassette AC units in Personnal and Administration Section

Supply, transportation, leading, lifting to site of 4.0 TR capacity inverter type ceiling mounted 4 star or higher rated 4way Cassette Split Air conditioner working on three phase 415V or single phase 230V 50 Hz AC supply with anti-corrosive copper condenser unit and full charge of refrigerant gas as per OEM .(Make: BlueStar/ Daikin/ Panasonic/ LG/Carrier/Hitachi) standards, wireless remotes, necessary ribbed rubber pads etc. complete as required at site .

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of above said Cassette type AC units (Both indoor and outdoor) including fixing, full charge of refrigerant gas, leak testing/ pressure testing, giving all power/control/refrigerant connections etc. and all required works as per prevailing code of standard.

Supply & laying refrigerant lines (Both suction and discharge) using hard drawn copper pipe of the adequate size recommended by the manufacturer for above 4.0 TR AC unit including duly insulated with 19mm XLP nitrile rubber thermal insulation of recommended capacity and all other materials required as per prevailing standards, clamping to wall, supports required etc. complete as required at site.

Supply & fixing supporting stand / clamp for fixing the outdoor unit using suitable support bars/anchor bolts and safety hook up etc. including all accessories etc.complete

Supply and Laying 25mm PVC pipe in position for condensate drain water from indoor unit drain to the floor trap piping with 19mm thick nitrile rubber insulation and with necessary fittings like elbows, tees and reducers, clamping in proper interval etc. complete with required wall openings and making as good as same

Supply & drawing 4C x 2.5 Sq.mm control cable of recommended by the manufacturer between indoor and outdoor unit

Buy back of existing 1.5 TR split AC unit installed in Server room at Computer Section (Not working)

Buy back of existing windowAC unit installed in DMP Cabin at P&A Section in working condition
