ELECTRICAL WORKS

This is a 9-meter conical pole with a single-arm configuration. The pole has a bottom diameter of 175 mm and a top diameter of 75 mm, both with a 3 mm thickness. It includes a 250x250x16 mm base plate and M24 x 750 foundation bolts for a secure installation. The pole is finished with both a hot-dip galvanized coating and PU paint for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. An inbuilt junction box is provided for electrical wiring, and it comes with a single bracket with a 42 mm diameter and 1.5-meter length for mounting a single fixture.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 200W LED Street light output greater than 105lumen/W 4000-6000 K with IP 66 protection LED Chip make Cree/Lumilled/Nichea with power factor greater than 0.95 at full load, internal surge protection up to 8 KV,and Aluminium pressure die-cast Powder coated housing, acrylic cover complete with THD less than 10%, power factor greater than 0.98, RoHS compliant, duly wired up for use on 230 V AC supply. Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer)

Supply and fixing of 25A 2 Pole AC 1 rated power contactor, 25A Connector, Digital timer, Suitable Copper socket, 2.5 sq. mm ISI marked FRLS PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable, 1.5 sq. mm ISI marked FRLS PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable, OBO Bettermann makes V25-B+ C/1+ NPE (switching/lightning protection) for single-phase protection.
