Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for foundation, etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m and n.exc. 3.0 m complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 ( using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregte) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for random rubble stone brought upto course walling well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hardcore gauge exc 63mm but n.exc 100 mm of broken stone deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Loose Filling in trenches with broken brick bats aggregate of size 40-80 mm evenly spread complete all as specified and as directe d by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directe d by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified ans as directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slab (for man holes etc) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM (1:4) including use & waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 10 here-in-before but 6 mm to 8 mm dia.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for man holes and sewage lines etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and nexc 1.5m in depth and getting out for hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

S&F Plain UPVC pipe (Sch 40), 150 mm dia bore as per IS 12818-2010 including single T and double Y & all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Finolex or equivalent.

S&F Plain UPVC (Sch 40), 150 mm dia bends complete all as specified and directed. Make - Finolex or equivalent.

S&F screened PVC pipe (Sch 40), 50 mm dia bore as per IS 12818-2010 including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Finolex or equivalent.

Returning & filling of the excavated earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) of any description including all fittings heads, shoes, bends, sawn-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories ) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge not exc 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M - 35 grade with grey cement and no pigment.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L chequered designed cement concrete tiles of size 300mmx300 mmx20mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete Type C1 [Nominal Mix] 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming contraction (dummy) joints 50 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound of grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairing of RCC chhajja, roof projection, facias, RCC parapet wall and exposed reinforcement portion area thickness of RCC n.exc 75mm applying one coat of cement slurry reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc. 2 kg per Sqm but n.exc 3 kg per Sqm & filling the cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at damaged concrete surface and finish the surface with 5mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3. Applying 2 coats of cement paint on finished surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

M & L for removing plants with roots by chipping walls / beams / junctions of vertical stacks / water supply lines or any other location as directed and making good the disturbed portions with CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) and painted the surfaces as to match with existing treatment work upto 8th storey complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site )

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC all as per manufacturers instructions complete. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M & L for Preparing old / new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer as recommended by the manufacturer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed . Make : Apex from Asian Paints / All Guard from Berger / Weather Shield Max Exterior Acrylic from ICI Dulux

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 depth for foundations etc and getting out soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel exc 30cm but not exc 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms molds, mitered/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
