Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders and hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and an initial lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and filling in foundation with SAND in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, well watering , ramming and consolidation etc., complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, four sand and eight hard broken stone) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforced grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing ROLLING SHUTTERS of approved quality of 18 guage 7.5 cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece inter- locked together with specially designed quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories in best workmenship and the entire shutter painted with two coats of best quality anti-corrosive nut brown colour paint over one coat of red oxide primer and clear opening of 1.8M width 2.40M height.The rolling shutter shall be placed below the lintel and behind the RCC curtain slab of 7.5 cm thick and 45 cm depth.Each rolling shutter shall be pro-vided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Rolling shutter should confirm to I.S.6248-1979 and should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing .[This specfication consists of the foll-owing component materials required for erection of rolling shutter.(1).18 G 3" lathe section 1.90M long -29 Nos. Fabrication, supply and fixing in position of 'N' type ventilators using M.S. angle of size 25 x 25 x5 mm for frame and M.S. Flat of size 20 x 3 mm for fixing the weld mesh and using 25 x 22 x3 mm 'T' section for frame glass. Special type of Hold fast welded to the frame of 45 degree inclined towards centre for wall and fxing the weldmesh 25mm square including cost of 3mm thick pinheaded glass panes for all panels and fixing the glass panels with necessary clips & putties with required bolts, nuts and washers and one coat of red oxide primer etc. including necessary dismantling, making holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extend required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of steel Air inlet of following sizes with weld mesh cover made ½”×½” weld mesh 14 gauge and with insect screen firmly welded on the frame as per std specification etc, complete including one coat of red oxide primer etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Filling the basement with well murram or well gravel excavated earth conveyed from out side in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including watering and consolidation

Providing, laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate for Wet Mix Macadam 150mm thick, using 0.396 cum of 45mm to 22.40mm, 0.528cum of 22.4mm to 2.36mm and 0.396 cum of 2.36mm and below IRC HBG metal to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant conveyance of mixed Material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers using paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., Complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Specification

Flooring special type as per the following arrangements-Laying bitumen layer (or) Alkathene sheets of 100 Micron thick in between two layers of sand of 15cm. thick each layers over which cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten hard broken granite stone jelly) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for 15cm thick well rammed and consolidation and top of flooring shall consists of cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand four jelly) using 6mm -10mm gauge HBG stone chips for 50mm thick and surface rubbed smooth including thread lining etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick for all height using river sand including curing and finishing neatly including curing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime for AC sheet including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered Interior wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour of over one coat primer coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered Exterior wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour of over one coat primer coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades, trusses, purlin etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the red oxide one coat of priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing country wood wrought and put up bridging planks over the detached steps of size 1.80mx1.20m built up of planks of 40mm thick and country wood scantlings in two splits as per standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Granolithic floor finish 20mm thick with PCC 1:2:4 (one cement two sand and four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm thick HGB jelly and river sand and including rubbing the top surface smoothly thread lining if found necessary and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officer.

Providing pre construction Anti termite treatment for the godown building 1) The preconstruction Anti-termite control measures are to be carried out as follows:- (i) Treatment at foundation column footings, columns, grade beams and upto basement and junctions of wall and floor, ii) Top surface of the consolidated earth with in the plinth area ie. under floor area. and (iii) Treatment to soil along with the external perimeter of the godown building. 2) The treatment shall be carried out with recommended chemical emulsions as per IS 6313 (part II) 1981. 3) The rate shall be quoted per square meter of plinth area. 4) Aldrin emulsifiable concentrate (IS 1307-1973) at 0.50% concentration by weight or Heptachlor emulsifiable concentrate (IS 6439-1972) at 0.50% Concentration by weight shall be used for the treatment. 5) The Anti termite treatment should cover a guarantee for minimum of 10 years and this period will be counted from the date of completion

SCHEDULE - B: FABRICATION, SUPPLY AND ERECTION OF ROOF TRUSSES, PURLINS, A.C. SHEET ROOFING FOR 1000 MTs CAPACITY GODOWN

Fabrication, Supply and erection of Angle iron roof truss using M.S. Special structural steel sections conforming to IS 800-1962 and IS 808-1957 of the following type and specifications having an effective span of 21.95m and spaced at 4.35m centre to centre with purlin cleats wherever necessary including one coat of red oxide primer or Anti-corrosive treatment. One at ground level before erection and another after erection work. Fabrication, supply and erection of channel purlins huing ISMC 100 conforming to IS800-1962 and 13 808-1957. Tie runners wind braings both at Tie level and Rafter level of the following type and specifications purlins spaced at 1.30 am centre to centre including two coats of red oxide primer Anticorrosive treatment one at ground level before erection and another after erection work. i) Purlins : ISMC 100 spaced at 1.30 m c/c

Supplying and fixing AC sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheets of fully corrugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmetal officers

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box inflush with wall with 5A FT switch covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (SD19)

Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) - Plant mix method Construction of granular sub-base of 250mm thick by providing close graded material, Mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site ,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desird density, complete as per clause 401 of MORTH Specification- for grading-V Material

Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG40 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in the required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20- 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm using paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over BT surface using 3.00 Kg of bitumen 80/100 for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quality of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40mm thick (Grade II) using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Supply and fixing broken glass pieces on the top of the coumpound wall with cement mortar 1:3(one cement and three sand) 20mm thick etc complete -Rate for10 m2.
