Annual maintenance contract for window and split Air Conditioner (Capacity upto 2 ton} of various offices situated at Chittor Road , SE(O&M) Bundi and Confrence Room including attending the complaint regarding AC as soon as possible after receiving the complaint and replacing or repairing of defective components of all units or compressor incl. cost of replacing components, overall inspection of the AC unit, drain cleaning and leakage check, air filter and fin cleaning, coolant level check & refill in air conditioner, servicing of ac labour, T&P, transportation complete as per directon of Engineer in charge. (A) Split ACs (1.0/2.0 ton) (Cost for maintenance of one AC for 12 months)Labour charges for maintenance of split Air Conditioner (Capacity upto 2 ton} I/c all required parts for AMC, Gas charges and servicing of compressor by one no. technician and one no. Helper (To assist technician) for each split Air Conditioner on call 24x7x365 days as required and minimum 03 service mandatory in a year.
