M&L for carrying out the servicing of DG set of capacity 15 KVA to 200 KVA, Make - Kirloskar at 1 AFSB by taking down old/UNSV spare parts, drain out burnt engine oil and cleaning the oil chamber by cleaning solution, Cleaning and servicing of radiator from inside and outside thoroughly with cleaning solution K-Clean, including replacement of ,spare parts checking/rectify all the electrical connection and tightening of loose nut & bolts including carrying out minor addition/alternation for fixing the parts for smooth functioning of DG Sets complete up to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note : Servicing of DG set shall be carried out by authorised service dealer of Kirloskar and supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Disconecting HT/LT cable and Earthing connections of burnt/defective transformers of capacity upto 315 KVA , 11 kv/433 volts 3 phase from pole/floor mounted, taking down from site of installation carefully with the help of crane and transportation of the same to workshop for repairs, draining out the transformer oil, dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly and removing brunt out windings, dehydrating the core assembly, reassembling transformer after repair, filtred/ dehydrated, topping up new with new oil, carrying out routine tests, including transportation back to site, testing full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as specified & as directed. (Note :- New transformer oil, Dehydration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply and filling of transformer oil for transformers installed at various site for topping up after dehydration to achieve the dielectric strength 60 KV at 4 mm gap complete as per IS 335-1993 complete all as specified and directed.Make :Power link, Svita Power Oil (Oil be brought in company sealed drum at site).

Disconnecting and taking out the voltage stabilizer of following capacity upto 250 KVA any description and of any make, dismantling / opening of the voltage stabilizer of following capacity, three phase, AC 415 Volts, for Maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically,including draining out existing transformer oil, and cleaning, oiling /greasing, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, as required at site and manufacturer's instructions and checking electronic circuits to make it functional , reassembling the parts of voltage stabilizer after overhauling / servicing at position ensuring proper out put connecting to existing system and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint (heat resistant type) by spray machine after preparation including writing MES No/ SM No in capital letters of suitable size on body of stabilizer and making voltage stabilizer perfectly operational and testing at site on existing connected load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (including mentioned in Note here in below) Notes :-(i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in these item. (ii) Oil shall be drained out and collected in contractors own containers and reuse after heating and filtration through filtration plant to achieve the suitable dielectric strength/insulation value. Refilling, heating and filteration shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor for above items. (iii) Fresh oil required for top up shall be measured as “supply only” but its heating and filling shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor for above items. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include replacement of small/ minor parts i.e. washers,nut bolts, packing, screws,lamp etc. "

M & L for Cleaning of fuel tank of DG sets any capacity by collecting the fuel in cleaned barrels and removing sludge deposited/accumulated inside the tank of and disposal of sludge at a distance not exceeding 100 metre and cleaning the tank with kerosene oil , replacement of fuel tank strainer and unserviceable fuel gauge with new PVC fuel level indicator fixed with clips to the tank and marking levels for every 10 litre by marking and numbering on the side of fuel tank with synthetic enameled paint and refilling the collected fuel after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix air termination, single pointed copper rod 12mm dia 300mm long on 40 mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) 1.05 mtrs lenth duly fixed/secured with PCC or with GI wire support, commplete all as specified and directed.(Note: Maetrilas required for PCC or GI wire support deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.)

Supply and fix in lrepair Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm on procelain base insulator of suitable size with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors or down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable motor from voltage stabilizer upto capacity 200 KVA and suppply and fix new single phase,50 Hz single phase motor compitable with existing system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Advance Manitenance Free environment friendly ring earthing system. Each set consisting of 3 Nos of 6 feet length, 17 mm dia earth electrode made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded cooper on outer surface ( minimum copper bonding thickness - 250 microns) with terminals to connect incoming strip with 3 bags (25 Kg each ) of environment friendly backfill compound as per manufacturing instructions with ROHs test certificate for each 150 x 25 x 6 mm Copper Bar with 4 hole shall be exothermically welded ontop to copper bonded rod to make terminal laid in minimum 80 mm dia bore. Manufacturer name shall be embossed on rod. 25 x 3 mm copper shall be used to interconnected the earths and to make the ring. The earth pit cover polypropeline (300 mm x 300 mm) shall be included in the scope of work. Make: OBO/JEF ECO SAFE/ENNOV Note: (i) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned. On testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1.0 Ohm is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt. (ii) The cooper strip from test point to euipment or entire earting system to Eqpt/bldg only shall be measured and paid under relevant item.
