Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) area n'exc 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exe.1 Sqm & nexe 2 Sqm each and removing from site.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

S & F factory made 35mm IInd class hard wood glazed/guage skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. (with sash bars), divided in to square, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded ,fitted with cut and mitered bead for securing glasses etc, doors etc are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I, 1991, Section- 8, Clause 8.20(b), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made 40 mm thick IInd class HW plain framed panelled shutter (any numbers of panel) with lock rail &panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneered on both faces.The size of rail as per IS: 1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated all as specified.

S & F factory made 30mm IInd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. (with sash bars), divided in to square, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded ,fitted with cut and mitered bead for securing glasses etc, window ventilators etc are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I, 1991, Section- 8, Clause 8.20(b), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 30 mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with partical board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F second class hardwood, plain solid, straight, chowkats and framedrebated on solid,roundedor chamfered put together with glue pinned at joint complete all as specified and dircted.

Preparation new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enemelled paint over one a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation new steel surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enemelled paint over one coat red oxide promer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/ un-plastered) of walls including removing all vegetation etc and applying one coat cement based paint on walls by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of cement bass paint on newly plastered surface over a coat of chalk whiting including all preparation by mechanical means complete all as spd and directed.

M &L for providing and fixing 0..45 mm thick aluminium alloy colour coated roofing sheets of alloy IS Designation 31500, temper H*8 conforming to IS 737 and dimension as per IS Code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance and troughed profile with center to center pitch of 200 mm, depth of 32 mm, overall profile width 1092 mm, cover width 1000mm at all heights, levels and locations. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 60 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc, all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc complete all as specified.
