Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder shall have successfully supplied air release valves to any of 210 MW and above capacity to any State / Central Thermal Power Station/any PSU. In proof of the same, the bidder shall upload Purchase order copies (Not more than two) of order value of Rs. 11.06lakhs & above and its corresponding performance certificate

The Bidder shall be manufacturer/authorised dealer valves and shall furnish Manufacturing/authorisation Certificate in this regard for the above said valves as a proof

Financial Status

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs. 22.13 lakhs in at least two financial years in the preceding five financial years i.e., 2025-26, 2024-25, 2023-24, 2023-22, & 2022-21. As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate / Profit & Loss statement duly certified by a chartered accountant..
