PAN CERTIFICATE : The tenderer has to submit photocopy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by Income Tax authority.
Submission of General Power of attorney accompanied with partnership deed both notarized (in case of partnership firms) or submission of notarized copy of sole proprietorship (in case of sole proprietorship) or submission of (i) copy of MOA (Memorandum of Association) and AOA (Article of Association) of the company and (ii) Power of attorney duly registered/notarized by the company (backed by the resolution of Board of Directors) in favour of the individual, signing the tender on behalf of the company (in case of company registered under companies Act 1956)
GSTIN NUMBER: The tenderer has to submit photocopy of GSTIN number.
BANK DETAIL: Tenderer has to submit their bank detail in the form of Xerox copy of bank pass book/cheque.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
The bidders shall be required to submit an undertaking regarding blacklisted along with tender as per Annexure-A in quotation document. This shall be mandatory for all the bidders. In case of failure of bidder to submit the undertaking, their offer shall be summarily rejected.
Undertaking: The tenderer shall submit undertaking as per format stating that they are not liable to be disqualified and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of the undertaking to be submitted by Bidder is enclosed as Annexure-B. Non submission of undertaking by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify state and submit the supporting documents duly self-attested by which they/he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the tender document. It will not be obligatory on the part of tender committee to scrutinize beyond the submitted document of tenderer as far as his qualification for the tender is concerned.
