Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors exc 15cm thick (above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) (in two layers 75mm each layer compacted seperately) grading as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass spreading with sensor paverand rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa. Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013.

M&L for HDPE sheet 400 micron thick (virgin quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gms/sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Sand cushion with clear river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and directed. (No additional amount to be paid for overlap).

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of VG10 bitumen conforming to IS:73 @ 0.4-0.5 Kg/Sqm laid over DLC cement concrete pavement a specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified.

M&L for 200mm thick PQC as in pavement/ hardstanding of minimum flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm with cement content 400 Kg/Cum or as per design mix whichever is higher using non circular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement including necessary steel formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Notes :- (i) Polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (iv) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement concrete is used/ approved in the execution of work under this item.

M&L for Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141gzc-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed

M&L for Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3’d to 1/4°h the thickness of the slab, widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 2d mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed

M&L for Cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

Supply only polysester triangular fibre reinforcements 6/12 mm long with circular diameter 30-35 micron designed for melting point of 240-260 degrees and specific gravity of 1-1.4 (Make : Recron 3S mfg by M/s Reliance Industries or equivalent).

M&L for brooming / texturing with mechanical arrangement all as specified and directed by engg-in charge.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surface or bitumen surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic water based painting over a coat of primer on pavement of runway / taxitrack / dispersal area exceeding 10 cm width as line, dasher, arrows etc.

M&L preparation of new previously un-treated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paste and making of guide lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paste 2.0 to 2.5mm thick, white, golden, yellow or black colour as requried, using glass heads necessary for achieving reflection on roads, pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide all as per MOST clause 803.4 and BS 6068 complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for walling of Porbandar stone masonry well bonded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified .

M& L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, including necessary formwork etc complete.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on stone masonry surface or surface other than fair face of brickwork surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of compatible primer complete all as specified and directed.
