Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer platform / plinth mounted of capacity 250 KVA step down, BEE 3 Star rated (Energy Efficiency Level 3), outdoor type 11.0/0.433 KV, 50 Hz, AC double wound core type, copper wound, oil immersed type, naturally air cooled with external cooling hollow fins, transformer delta connection on HT side & star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN 11 (vector group-4) with off-load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage +/- 7.5% in equal steps of 2.5% as per IS-1180 (Part-I) : 2014. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil upto appropriate level all as per IS-335 complete all as specified and as directed comprising with and including the following specifications :- (a) 01 No. Cable end box on HT side consisting of 03 Nos. porcelain bushing with busing brass rods, nuts, washers and cable glands suitable for reception of HT 11000 V grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cables including glands complete. (b) 01 No. cable end box on LT side consisting of 04 Nos. porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods, nuts, washers and cable glands suitable for reception of LT 1100 V grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cables including glands complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Explosion vent with double diaphragm and sight glass. (e) Thermometer Pocket. (f) Two earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm GI strip etc.

(g) 01 No. thermometer dial type, vapor pressure type having range 0 to 120oC with maximum temperature indicator, re-setting device and marked maximum temperature point. (h) Rating plate with terminal marking plate. (j) Oil level gauge. (k) Oil drain filter valve. (l) Oil filling port on top cover with plug. (m) Air release valve / plug. (n) 04 Nos. plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (o) First fill of transformer oil confirming to relevant IS and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength. (p) Inspection cover. (q) Lifting lugs and jack lifting pad and support. (r) Silica gel breather without / with connecting pipes, first fill of dehydrating agent. (s) Cover lifting eyes. (t) Oil temperature and Winding temp indicator with marshalling box, including shut off valve between conservator and main tank. (u) Additional / Extra bushing for neutral outside of LV side. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel board, “outdoor Kyosk type” of suitable size factory fabricated CPRI approved panel manufacturer with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP- 53 and general construction confirming to IS / IEC - 60947-2004, double door, front and back open-able. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation and tinned copper bus bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/ sleeves of rating in conformity to the incoming ACB / MCCB rating. The Panel Board shall be fabricated out of 3.15/2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly pretreated and powder coated, supporting frame made out of 50 x 50 x 5 mm angle iron and MC 100 channel base suitable for 3-Phase, 4-wire system 415/440 Volts grade including complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 Sqmm copper wire including cable glands of suitable sizes including necessary arrangements for pedestal mounting viz. PCC platform etc. complete all as specified and directed with and including the following accessories : BUS BAR AND INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars shall be made up of 04 Nos. tinned copper 1000 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable sized ‘F’ class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus bars to switch gears etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panel outdoor type, factory made, CPRI type tested of 150 KVAR capacity ready to use design confirming to IS 5039/IS 8623 and relevant IS / IEC codes rated for short circuit current rating of 50 KA, front open-able and lockable by keys having louvers and air vent, gasket & totally vermin proof and suitable for 415 / 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC and housed in elegant enclosure fabricated from minimum 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and minimum 2.0 mm thick for partitions anti-corrosive coating to improve power factor to 0.99 & finally powder coated in texture siemens grey RAL 7032 including suitable size and length of copper conductor cable PVC insulated for controls to each capacitor with and including the following accessories :- (a) 600 A capacity tinned copper bus-bar duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on suitable sized DMC / epoxy insulators. (b) MCCB 4P (Ics = 100% Icu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 36 KA of rating 400 A -01 No. as incoming.

(j) All control wires shall be not less than 2.5 Sqmm, multistranded, copper conductor and properly bunched / tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs. The cubical will have a bottom support of channel of suitable size duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable pre-drilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm thick, cold zinc metal coated shall be provided with at the bottom for entry for armoured cable with adequate size of gland. Manufacturer name plate with feeder details & danger notice plate shall also be provided at suitable visible place. (k) Auxiliary contactor with required quantity of NO & NC contacts. (l) Auto / Manual Switch – 01 No. (m) Indicator lamp LED based with lamp holder all as specified and as directed. (n) CT of ratio 400/5 A, measuring class accuracy 0.5 to 1.0 for capacitor panel. (o) Spare CT 01 No. of ratio 400/5 A and necessary control cabling for sensing the pf in the main panel for APFC operation. (p) Contactor switches shall be provided for connecting / disconnecting the capacitor Banks to the bus bar. (q) Detuning reactors of suitable size shall be provided to maintain THD less than 7 percent. The reactors shall be suitable to prevent amplification of 3rd and higher order harmonics. NOTE :- 1. M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for 80 mm dia GI tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ poles/ under road/ floor etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreading thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed Note: Punned thickness will only be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying of well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Labour for horizontal boring of Road/path for cable passing through complete all as specified

Supply/laid/fixing in replacement of galvanised steel water tube, light grade bore of dia 100mm with all fittings all as site and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze in size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
