M&L for PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in mass concrete around the Machine pressed precast conctete paver block or chamfered on edges all as specified and as directed .

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning/filling in layers and ramming in layers around pile cap,plinth beam etc using excavated soil incl sprading,levelling,well ramming in layers not less than 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5Km n.exc 5Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type 'D-2' (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for plain cement concrete C1 mix 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate in coping bed block etc including weathering slightly rounded of chamfered angles and throating complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including framework cover fillets etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fixing suspended false ceiling consiting of 12mm thick gypsum seamless board suspended on GI frame work with staggered joints,GI frame work to consist GI perimeter channel 25mmx20mm of 22 gauge along perimeter of false ceiling.Channel section of 50x25mm of 22 gauge and at 300mmc/c throughout one way fixed with screw/nut boltand other direction 40X15mmx22 gauge channel provided for interlocking with GI cleat and expansion fastners including hangers 6mm dia GI fixed to roof truss boards are to be joined and finished so as to have a flush look which included finishing the tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with joining compound paper tape and two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer& one layer 1.5mm thick putty suitable for gypsum board including necessary scaffolding and shuttering complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light/fan/socket) complete (fittings such as switches.socket outlet etc to be measured seperately) removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated un sheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS ISI marked cable through rigid non metallic ISI marked PVC concealed conduit with including all accesories,suitable white cover plate with frame & modular metal flush box and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS ISI marked cable as earth continuity conductor including cutting and making good, the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. (a) One light point controlled by one switch Notes:- (i) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of providing modular boxes,modular plates suitable for fixing sockets and switches. (ii) Switch, socket and regulator shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L submain wiring with 4 single core 16 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable1100 volt grafe drawn through and including suitable PVC rigid conduit concealed wiring including necessary PVC conduit specials including chases cutting complete excpet beam and RCC roof and one run of 16 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting with suitable size thimble complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 4 runs of 16 Sqmm size PVC cable, 1 runs of 16 Sqmm size PVC cable as earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix 4KVA capacity voltage stabilizer copper wounded suitable for 1.5 TR inverter type split AC automatic operation,single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 130V to 300V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of +2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second fixed on wall with necessary arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old DBs of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable including suitable size PVC conduit with one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of 4Sqmm cable, and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing copper refrigerant piping of both sizes for suction line 5/8" and 1/4" for discharge including thermal insulation class "o" nitrile rubber insulation density 45- 55 kg/m³, for suction/ discharge line, beyond standard length provided with original units by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F single pole enclosure with a 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp 240 Volt complete all as specified and as directed.
