Providing and Laying concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) mechenically mixed and vibrated and curing complete including cost of formwork complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges.

Providing and laying concrete for plain reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 PCC 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .as per direction of Engineer –in –Charge complete in all respect.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking ConcretePaver Block Vibro Compacted up to M30 Grade having thickness 80 mm including border or curb block over sub base at sand as as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1505. with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer –in –Charge complete in all respect.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (By manual . means ) including all leads , lifts of material and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer –in –Charge complete in all respect.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm (zero point seven ziro to one point zero) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 503. The rate are inclusive of Octroi , royality , malkana , toll tax , sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government , but excluding GST and including entire carriage of material within all leads and lift as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen ( RS-I) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0. 30 kg per sqm (zero point two five to zero point three zero) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. The rate are inclusive of Octroi , royality , malkana , toll tax , sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government , but excluding GST and including entire carriage of material within all leads and lift as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of close -graded mix seal surfacing material of 25mm (twenty five millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 0.9 mm ( thirteen point two millimeter to zero point nine millimeter) (Type-B) @ 0.338 kilogram/Per ten esquire meter or 5.11 % (Five point Eleven percent) by weight and minimum density of MSS should be 2.10 (Two point Ten) gram/cc to required line grad and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 KN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per technical specification Clause 509 including all leads and lifts and carriage of material complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
