M&L for Non skid ceramic paver tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm floor set, jointed &pointed with neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment including 20mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed (make: endurajohnson,Paver Orient Bell or equivalent in somany )

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (any type) work (table rounded and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, windows-cills cooking plateforms, urinal partitions, stand for WHB and like over 15 mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:4) set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of granite all as specified.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and rubber washer as specified.

S&F as in repairs 25 mm dia and 1mm thick MS chromium plated curtain rods with fixing side fancy type brackets end knobs fixed with steel screws etc all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, under counter, size 565 X 465 X 185 mm oval shape including waste coupling and excluding taps, waste ,chain and plug and porcelain stopper complete all as specified. (Parryware Catalouge No- C0483 and Equivalent)

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel sink, 1.00mm thick for kitchen or laboratory, with plug, waste pipe, washers, including cantilever cast iron brackets, connecting union etc.,overall size 495mm x 420 mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, as in repairs, 32 mm dia and 800mm long PVC flexible corrugated waste pipe for wash basin/sink complete all as specified and as directed. Make: (Prayag CAT No. 327) or equivalent as per make approved list

E & M Division items

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, buzzer, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc including removing from site for taking credit and making good to disturbed surface of walls, floors etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable main switches, sheet metal enclosures DB including MCBs etc and removing from site for taking in credit incl making good to disturbed surface of wall as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully submain wiring including all accessories without disturbing existing wiring fittings fixtures etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces all as directed and as specified in any type and size all as directed.

Taking out old U/s XLPE cable of any size/type taking out of olf bricks/cable cover complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Dismantling of U/s GI pipe of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductors, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/fixed to wall/under road/pipe etc with copper cable glands & copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate with 100mm thick for flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel Engine driven Generating set (engine as per IS-10001/10002 and alternator as per IS-13364) of capacity 58.5 KVA, 415 Volts +/- 5% AC, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz at 0.8 PF (lagging) at 1500 RPM complete with AMF panel with necessary protection & meters including sound proof canopy, including the following:- (A) ENGINE:- Engine shall be multicylinder four stroke (58.5 KVA), Radiator water/coolant turbo charged with mechanical governor with the following:- (i) Fuel level indicator. (ii) Fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer's recommendation. (iii) Fuel inlet arrangement from outside the acoustic enclosure with locking arrangement. (iv) Exhaust manifold and residential type silencer. (v) Continuous 10% overload capacity in every 12 Hrs running. (vi) Self starting with and including maintenance free battery including charging circuit. (vii) Radiator with first fill of coolant. (viii) Turbocharger with continuous duty rating. (ix) First fill of lub oil. (x) Coolant temp gauge, Lub oil, Pressure gauge, Tacho-cum-hour-meter. (xi) Engine spare parts list and maintenance manual - 03 copies. (B) ALTERNATOR:- 58.5 KVA, 0.8 PF (lag), 415 Volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM copper wound with self regulated brushless self excitation & automatic voltage regulator with band of voltage regulation + 2.5% of rated voltage. (C) BASE FRAME:- Sturdy robust MS frame duly bolted, coupled, aligned, tested and housed within acosutic enclosure with anti-vibration pad.

(D) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- It should be compact, modular construction and approved by ARAI (Nodal agency of CPRI) with the following:- (i) Overall noise level less than 75 dB measured at 1 mtr distance in free field condition. (ii) Inside illumination shall be suitable as per manufacturer's design. (E) AMF PANEL:- Inbuilt Gen set control & AMF Panel with microprocessor controller with engine safety protection & AMF Panel with suitable electrical & control fixture of auto start & stop, protection class IP-65, dust, weather proof and vermin proof duly powder coated after seven tank process, with electrolyte grade copper bus bar of 300 Amps capacity for three phase & neutral, with all standard switch gear such as power contactors of 250 Amps, relays etc. and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of the following:-

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:Rate of under ground cable includes earth Work, sand cushioning, brick or PCC covering, light Grade GI tubing where necessary,testing etc.

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX600mmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level and connected to 32 x 6mm thick GI strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to test point as directed including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternater layers of 15 cm thickness all around the GI plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover 10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 6mm MS rod for handle, necessary excavation and earth wok in hard/dense soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I all as specified and directed.

Taking out old existing earthing and M&L for new earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX600mmX6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 4mm dia GI wire protected by 20 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to test point as directed including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternaterlayers of 15 cm thickness all around the GI plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover 10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 6mm MS rod for handle, necessary excavation and earth wok in hard/dense soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out brick protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry fine sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying burnt bricks of sub-class 'B' designation of size 230x115x75mm laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour GI tube light grade 50 mm bore for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.
