PROVN OF 01 X GENERATOR SET 58.5 KVA FOR SERVER ROOM AT IMA DEHRADUN

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine drven factory assembled, floor mounted generating set 58.5 KVA,415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM conforming to CPCB-IV or latest edition complete with safety control and metering equipment mounted on & including common base frame on new PCC foundation as recommended by manufacturer all as specified and comprising of the following:-

Prime Mover: Directly coupled diesel engine, water cooled suitably de-rated of matching BHP for driving 58.5 KVA capacity, alternator electric start, four stroke confirming to latest IS-10001/10002 Part-II 19801 for continuous running and capable for taking 10% over load for 1 hours complete with following acessories :- (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. (ii) Flexible coupling with guards. (iii) Air cleaner with filters. (iv) Lubricating oil filter (v) Anti-vibration pad as recommedned by manufacturers. (vi) PT pump with electronic gevernor of suitable capacity. (vii) Self starter 12 volts DC (viii) Necessary arrangement for charging battery. (ix) Lead acid storage battery , as recommended by manufacturer alongwith flexible copper battery lead and connector. (x) Battery rack made out of MS angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm & 150 mm height - 01 No. (xi) Standard safety device. (xii) Daily services fuel tank for full running capacity of DG set for min 08 hours enclosed within the canopy all as per latest CPCB nonms, RECD device with lever indicator inlet, fuel outlet drain pug, air vent and locking arrangements etc including fuel pipe connections with connected GI pipe medium grade from fuel tank to DG set and over lfow from the DG set to fuel tank complete with gate valve. (xiii) Exhaust system shall be provided with thermal insulation by using fire retardant / non igniting foam conforming to prevent excess heat radiation on the engine and sage for operator. (xiv) Mechanical panel having following accessories :- (aa) Lubrication oil temperature guage - 01 No. (ab) Lubrication oil pressure guage - 01 No. (ac) Water temperature guage - 01 No (ad) Starting swith with key - 01 No. (ae) Battery voltmeter. (af) Indicator lamp etc. (ag) Sagety measures : (i) Low lubricant oil presure trip. (ii) High coolent temp trip. (iii) Engine over speed trip. (iv) Battery charging alternator. (v) Emergency stop pressed.

Alternator : 58.5 KVA at 0.8 power factor, self regulated 3 phase with neutral 415 volts 50 Hz 1500 RPM as per IS 2613/IS : 4722 complete with automatic voltage regulator and foot monted including making cable connection. The salient feature of alternator are as under :- (i) Voltage regulation under static condition + 1.5%. (ii) Class 'F' insulation. (iii) Permanently lubricating bearing. (iv) Capable to take 10% over load for one hour for every 12 hours.

A.M.F Panel in built suitable for 58.5 KVA DG set.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Floor mounted acoustic enclosure suitable for 58.5 KVA DG set as per CPCB norms of the make as that of DG set be provided. Note :- DG Set shall be composite type with A.M.F panel, primover and alternater and allied accessories in one enclosure, PCC/RCC foundation as per OEM. MAKE :-Kirloskor/Cummins/Crompton Greaves.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as directed.

Removing of surplus soil not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and laying Double walled corrugated (DWC) Duct (Dura- Guard) as per IS-14930 Part - II for LT UG cable protection including coupler, elbows, T- Joint, Bends, etc and test report Make :- Dura- line/Gemini/Rex. Of size 63mm
