Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250 mts but not exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

Filling under floors using material obtained from excavation including spreading and levelling and wll ramming in layers n exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L RCC M-30 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc and the like complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. flat rough finished surface complete all as specified.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), flat rough finished surface complete all as specified.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide, flat rough finished surface complete all as specified.

S & F 10 mm dia and over CRS bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/ Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/ Sqm including minimum 10cm side over laps and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finished& plastering the top of exposed surface of roof , chajja , roof projections etc with layer of 10 mm thick cement 7 sand mormar 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions & finally after the plastered surface is dried completely apply solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/ primer @ 0.10 Kg/ Sqm o after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc. complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive preparation of roof surface complete, APP treatment , 10 mm thick plastering mixed with WPC & solar reflective paint (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection/ path etc. finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors, pavings etc. finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in floor finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Note :(i) Quoted rate is deemed to be insclusive of inserting diving strips . (ii) Dividing strip measured & paid seperately)

Supply only glass dividing strips, 48 mm width and 3 mm thick inserted in position, conform to design complete.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement over RCC slab, parapet and the like etc,. finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering in two coats 5mm thick in CM 1:4 over settling coat of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on external wall surace of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.
