Dismantling old rusted framed trusses having span more than 15m but not exc 22.5m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling mild steel works of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members/ frames to be fixed at any height from GL complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs mild steel in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; ladders and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 to be fixed at any height from GL complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Tie bars with screwed ends,nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls, roofs arches, etc. king rods and straining bolts confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rails and fastenings and (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250)quality-B at any height from GL complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plainsteel sheet of 0.50 mm thickness and approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering ridges/wall cladding fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters n.exc.1.5 sqm (Without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames of any description exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work such as grills, gratings, framed guard bars etc conforming to Fe290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised aluminium powder coating frame work for partition, door/windows, aluminium section inlcuidng necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene pacing, , anodised alumium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified.

S & F anodised aluminium powder coated door shutter aluminimum section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including jointing cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene pacing, , anodised alumium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified.

S & F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1no.) complete all as specified

S & F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified

M & L 12mm thick prelaminted particle board interior grade prelaminted both side with one side decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white laminination fixed with screws to aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4.8 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in square or rectangle exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane fixed to aluminium window frame including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips,ruber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls,ceiling,skirting, dado of any description including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar in 1:6 on brickwork or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement in internal wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers, 1st layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and 2nd layer 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair using integral water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.. (Waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of internal walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tint over a coat of chalk whiting primer on wall etc. complete all as specified.

M & L for Preparation on newly plastered surface or old washed/removed existing treated surface of wall and applying two coats of Apex Ultima Exterior paint (Asian paint) or weather shield Ultra clean exterior paint (Dulux paint) in any tint colour over a coat of cement base primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions and all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previouly untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

Taking down existing treatment on wall and preparation & applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer note: wall care putty has to used for filling of holes & depressions etc. all as specified and directed.

Taking down of complete existing treatment of surface of wall to receive of weather proof paint complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars , window-cill , cooking plateform and like in cement mortar(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick,set jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigment in neat cement slurry in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore with broken granite stone guage 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 150mm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in floors, 75mm thick complete all as specified and directed..
