Supply and installation of 15 KVA/12KW, Three phase Diesel Generating Set with CPCBII approved acoustic enclosure comprising of Cummins/Leyland/Escorts/ equivalent,Radiator Cooled Diesel engine 1500 RPM (Make Cummins/Leyland/Kirloskar.) complete with standard accessories Coupled to “Stamford/LS/equivalent” Alternator rated at 15 KVA/12KW at 415 Volts mounted on Channel Iron Base Frame complete with Fuel Tank with full tank Diesel, Standard manual Control System and Batteries with battery charger.The DG set should have warranty of 3 years from the date of installation. Earth work excavation in ordinary soil and depositing with a lead up to 50 m and lift above 3.00 m but up to 4.50 m including neat banking.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm (nominal size) broken stone for reinforced concrete work.

Form work for reinforced cement concrete in slabs including wooden planks, joists, bamboo posts and labour for taking down after completion of work. (Hire and labour charges only)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick one coat.

Supply and providing following size M. S. pipe - 5mm thickness complete with suitable size 12mm flange coupling with minimum 4/5mtr using allied packing with MS bolt with washer and rising the same on the wall /parapet using chain pullies, scaffoldings, supports with M.S angles /channels etc. including painting the pipe with one coat of zinchromate primer over a coat of high temperature resistance alu. paint etc. for extending the exhaust pipe of the newly errected D.G.sets. 50 mm dia or nearest size B Class MS pipe.(od20893/2019_2020)

Supply and installation of switch gear units in sheet steel enclosure arrangement of the following ratings on existing angle iron frame work or directly to wall using necessary bolts & nuts, fixing the unitto wall, making good the damages, colour washing etc. including giving necessary connections as required. 63 A, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC 23 A duty, 4 pole on-load change over switch.

Fabrication, supply, conveyance and fixing frame work made out of suitable size angle iron/ flat cut and welded to shape of suitable size painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer & with drilled holes to mount the switch gear, fixed to wall using suitable size anchor bolts or grouted to wall, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required.

Fabrication, supply, conveyance and fixing cable entry/ wire way box made out 1.60 mm CRCA sheet of suitable size to match the switch gear and enabling the cables to be connected without strain, painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer & with drilled holes and mounting to the switch gear etc as required.

Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable,1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages,colour washing etc.as required. 4 core 16 sq mm with factory made clamp.(90.12.7.41)

Supply & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in the existing RCC/ HUME / STONE WARE/ GI/ DWC pipe as required.4 core 16sq mm. (90.12.5.41)

Supply & laying of DWC pipe in ordinary soil 0.75m below ground level including excavation 60/38 mm or nearest size (90.12.10.2)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm) (9.1.33)
