Hiring of earth cutting/ excavating machineries to be deployed for earth cutting / excavating/filling/removal of slips/clearing of unlined drain including cost of fuel Oil, Lubricants and wages of operating staff any repair/ breakage during operation will be carried out by the contractor at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinery from one placed to other place will be absolute responsibility of the contractor only. Actual working hours will be accounted for the payment. Earth cutting removal of slips, boulder Excavation in all kinds of soils, including loading in to tipper/trucks and disposed of all excavated earth in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge.

Hiring of tipper of 5.5 cum / 10 tonne capacity (five point five cubic metre/ten tonne capacity) for carriage of earth/debries, boulder and other construction materials from various location etc. complete including wages of tipper driver, cleaner and P.O.L. any repair / damage during work will be absolute responsibility of the contractor/owner tipper has to work at least 8 hours per day. Only actual working day shall be accounted for the payment. No payment will be made for sunday and holidays as well as certain day if there is no work to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
