M&L75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in Plinth protection, platform and floor surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC(1:2:4) type B-1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams, and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spi-rally for hooping for col-umns, hooking ends and binding with and in-cluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down/dismantling of existing roof treatment / cement plaster of any description such as PCC Padding/ Coba treatment/ mud phuska/Lime conc terracing including screed bed etc. Hessian base felt/tar felt etc. (any type and thickness) with and including, removing debris out sideMOD Land at contractor is own arrangement ) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for seprately as "supply only" under respective item of sch A/ BOQ.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thk (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in roof padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked (used 200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with A coat of cold applied bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum weight 3.60 kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) manufactured by authorised manufacturer specified in particular spicification, laid as per the manufacturer instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm finally finished with bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The work shall be executed through authorised applicator approved by GE.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 1 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction on newly prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etcand applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of new plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured jont free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with over and including laying of 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete complete all as specified and directed.

Srl item No. 21 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tilesg all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0..06 Sqm but not exceeding 0..11 Sqm, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with over and includingg laying of 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6complete and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 7mm / 350 mm x 450 mm x 7mm / 250 mm x 250 mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough surface to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed inwhite or colour cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with and complete all as specified and directed.

Srl item No 25 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles with complete all as specified and directed.
