Design, Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of four legged tapered MS stool out of ISA 50x50x6mm having base dimension of 3feet×3 feet and top dimension of 02feet× 02feet having overall vertical height of 09 feet height. The vertical supports have to be provided with adequate no. of cross member supports fabricated out of ISA for strengthening/reinforcement. Each leg of stool shall be welded with 6 mm thick base plate of suitable size at bottom. The angle iron skeleton frame framed for stool has be welded at top with 6mm thick MS plate having dimension of 2 feet×2 feet. The fabrication of the frame shall be carried out by skilled welder in minimum two coats of welding using superior quality electrodes preferably of make Essab/Advani/Adore in a continuous weld run with no blow holes to provide adequate strength to fabricated stool to withstand load of 450 mm dia MS pipe full of water. The job involves earth excavation of trench for laying of block by manual means up to a depth of 4×4×3ft3 including disposal of excavated earth. The job involves supply and laying of stone soling (hand packed) in foundation trenches and including packing, watering, ramming, dressing complete upto a depth of 06 inches and then laying of mud mat in M7.5 grade concrete upto depth of 06 inches. Erection of fabricated stool by grouting in the M15 grade concrete block of size 4×4×2.5 ft3 so that 02 feet of stool is embedded in the RCC block. The job involves providing and fitting of 06 mm thick MS strip of length 900 mm, width 50 mm for fastening of rising main to stool plate by way of welding/nuts and bolts as per site requirement. The job includes all types of carriage charges of material, hire charges of shuttering material, charges for curing of block, D.G. set, AC/DC welding set & Oxy-acetylene gas cutting equipment, skilled /semiskilled labour charges at the site of installation with all tools and tackles required at site and any other charges incurred during the execution of job. The job includes cost of painting charges by applying one coat of red oxide, primer and two coats of black enamel paint for its longevity and smooth finish. Any modifications/alterations of the job if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions in consultation with site engineer.
