Sec-I (Supply of furniture for swimming pool)

CHAIR VERANDAH (DRG No FD-359) (a) Frame work shall be of 16mm dia MS pipe (18 guage) legs shall be of 16 mm dia MS pipe (18 Guage). Rest all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Cane/Weaving : Cane shall be plastic cane godrej pattern (Shah/Premier brand) and shall be woven as indicated on drawings. Width of the cane shall be 4mm . (c) Toe - superior quality white/black colour hard rubber toe to each legs.

FORM WITH BACK (DRG No FD-78M) Frame work shall be of 25 mm Square pipe (16 guage) and seat made up of first class teak wood Size 1800x255x25mm and back rest shall be made up of first class teak wood size 1800x150x19mm. Rest all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

FORM WITHOUT BACK (DRG NO FD-1027) Frame work shall be of 25 mm Square pipe (16 guage) and seat made up of first class teak wood Size 1900x255x25mm . Rest all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PEG TABLE (DRG No 277) (a) Timber: 1st class teak wood throughout top shall be made of 18 mm block board with 0.8 mm thick laminated sheet teak faced. Exposed edges of board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. (b) Finish: All timber surfaces shall be french polished. (c) All others as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sec-II (Repair/Replacement of charopy GI Newar with Ply top and Painting to steel Furniture)

REPLACEMENT OF NEWAR FROM CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYTOP: M&L for removal of unsv newar from charpoy GI pipe and fixing new 12mm thick Plywood BWR grade with 75mm long 6mm dia fully threaded nuts and bolts with washers on both side 3 No in each long rail and 2 No in each short rail and welding 3 No iron strips (900x25x6mm) between two rails below Plywood top and including rounding off the corners of plywood complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Archid / century / Greenply. FD-220

REPAIR OF CHARPOY GI PIPE:S&F in replacement long rail made out of 32mm dia medium grade galvanised pipe including (welding / threading ) as per existing pattern complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.FD-220

Labour for removal of unsv short rail from frame of Charpoy GI pipe, Fixing of short rail made out of unserviceable long rail 3.00 above after cutting & threading both ends to required size to make two short rails complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Labour for removal of unsv leg from frame of Charpoy GI Pipe . Fixing leg made out of unserviceable short rail 3.01 above after cutting & threading both ends to required size to make one leg and tightening frame of Charpoy GI pipe and welding/ threaded joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & Fixing for three way GI elbow 32mm dia suitable for charpoy GI pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & Fixing for check nut GI 32mm dia suitable for charpoy GI pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

PAINTING TO STEEL FURNITURE Paint synthetic enamal including preparation with one or more coats on steel furniture mentioned below all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge
