Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking outjoints 12 mm Deep and removing the debris within 50 m leads etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer nn charge

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade to new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint & all labour , taxes etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge..

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of distemperand labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the directoin of theEIC

Painting two coats with any approved type of paint over on the new wood work and iron work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost of all materials labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil with initial leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Filling Foundation and plinth with Fine course sand of approved quality from approved quarry including watering and ramming with all cost,conveyance,royalty taxes etc.of all materials with all labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 9" thick to the required level including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and compacting watering curing and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:2:4) in foundation and plinth using 20 cm size clean hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete to the required level including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and compacting watering curing and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.
