Annexure A (Work) Cutting/Opening of single Tarantula conductor cross jumper among the three sections of each phase of existing 132 KV main bus and shifting of the recovered material from site to store.
Cutting/Opening of single Zebra/Panther Conductor jumper/ dropper of each phase of existing 132 KV main bus to bus isolator, shifting of material from site to store. There are 10 nos. 132 KV bays, each bay have 01 No. bus isolator and 03 Nos. of jumper/dropper. Thus total Nos. of jumper/droppers 10x3=30. (40 MVAR Bus side isolator jumper -03 Nos)
Cutting/Opening of single panther conductor from Bus isolator to 132 KV Circuit Breaker and shifting of the recovered material from site to store.
Dismantling of existing single Tarantula conductor of each phase of 132 KV main bus & shifting of the recovered material from site to store. There are 04 Nos. sections having 03 Nos. conductores in each sections.
Stringing of Twin moose conductor of each phase of 132 KV main bus with the help of single tension twin moose fitting alongwith spacers, hoisting of Disc insulators and other hardware at both ends of span & proper sagging including cutting, bending of conductor to & for shifting of the material from store to site. Each bus has 03 spans having 03 Nos. of twin moose conductors.Total nos. of section conductors. 4x3=12
Reconnection of Twin Moose/ Panther jumper/dropper between each phase of 132 KV main bus and bus isolator including cutting bending of conductor alongwith spacers to & for shifting of material from store to site. There are 10 Nos. 132 KV bays, each bay have 01 No. bus isolator and 03 Nos. of jumper/dropper Thus total Nos. of jumper/droppers= 10x3=30.(40 MVAR Bus side isolator jumper -03 Nos)
Reconnection of Twin Moose/Panther jumper from Bus isolator to 132 KV Circuit Breaker.
To connect twin moose cross jumpers with spacers, P.G. clamps etc. among three sections of newly stringed 132 KV main bus including cutting, bending of conductor, shifting of material from store to site. There are 04 sections having cross jumpers at three places. Total No. of corss jumpers =3x3=9
Dismantlling of existing single zebra bus of 160 MVA I & II T/F Bay from 132 KV CB to 132 KV Line Isolator and shifting of the recovered material from site to store. There are two section having three conductor each. i.e. 3x2=6
Stringing of Twin moose conductor of each phase of 160 MVA I & II T/F Bay from 132 KV CB to 132 KV Line Isolator with the help of single tension twin moose fitting alongwith spacers, hoisting of Disc insulators and other hardware at both ends of span & proper sagging including cutting, bending of conductor to and for shifting of material from store to site. i.e. There are two section having three conductor each. i.e. 3x2=6
Dismantlling of existing zebra jumper from 132 KV CB, 132 KV Isolator, 132 KV CT to Line Isolator of 160 MVA I & II T/F Bay from 132 KV CB to 132 KV Line Isolator and shifting of the recovered material from site to store. Each phase is having three jumpers i.e. each bay consist of 3x3=9 total no of jumpers 9x2(bay)=18 Nos
