Name of the work : 1. Strengthening the road from Puliyampatty - Koombur road to Sengulathupatty AD Colony road in R.Puthukottai panchayat Km 0/00 - 3/000 Estimate amount : Rs. 106.23 Lakhs

A. Construction work Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earth work excavation from borrow pits for filling in all classes of soil except sand and hard rock etc with initial lead and lift for raising and widening the existing road sidedrain etc, complete.as per SS20A

Picking the existing worn - out WBM / BT surface using 5 - 10 cm thick including allcost andconveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete

Providing and laying 75mm compacted thick WBM Gr.III using 1 cum of 53mm to 11.20mm IRC HBG metal and 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage for 10sqm. Of 75mm compacted thick (the blindage material shall have PI value less than 6%) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to worksite and stacking to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines blinding with required quantity of gravel forming edge bunds watering with all leads for good water slurrying rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing has per MOST 404 (III revision) including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed therefor and all other incidental charges etc., complete for top layer.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Suppy of Hectametre Stone of size 0.90 x 0.15cx 0.15 m including all charges etc,

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherev

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle

Providing and fixing seepage pipes of 100mm PVC pipes of required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, cost and labour for 900 mm dia. semi-spherical backfill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., complete to drain the backfill.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse an ( PQC )

Repairs to the Causeway @ ch 0/930 - 0/945

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse an ( PQC )

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
