Providing and laying Stone solling /boulders Hand packed including compacting, watering including all carriages of material complete.

Filling of room with Stone dust/ II class sand /GSB including compacting, watering including all carriages of material complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete ofspecified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal) crushed.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure up to all floors. Including carraige of Bricks In cement mortar 1cement: 6 fine sand mortar.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Imported KD wood.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Supplying, cutting, bending to shape, fabricating, fixing and tying in position TMT Reinforcement Steel at all levels and location as shown in the structural drawing. The rate shall include cost of supply & tying reinforcement with GI binding wire.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.
