Note :- Double Dome LED Operating Theatre Light with Full HD Camera with the following detailed specification, • The Operating Theatre Light should comprise of a double structure with 2 lamp heads 160000lux each dome with 360-degree rotation in all the arms and light head. The lamp heads should have multiple LED light sources including a combination of red and white LEDs to optimize colour rendition. The light should provide deep, direct, shadow less illumination. It should be cool, Infrared-free light which prevents tissue from drying out in the operating field. • The OT Light system includes the option to adjust the lamp head mounting height by adding modular extensions to the verticals. (These stack up by screwing extra ones on the bottom) • The OT light system includes a large, high quality ceiling cover which covers the larger holes in the ceilings left by other manufacturers. • The ceiling cover system provides a mounting for the power supplies beneath the ceiling cover which simplifies wiring installation and makes the PSU accessible for service. • The ceiling cover provides mountings for additional power supply units for monitors. The monitor arm solutions are pre-cables with standard cabling and our high quality, with medical approved power supply. • Monitor Cables plug directly into medical grade monitors or are provided with converter wiring to allow installation of other non-medical grade monitors. • The systems can be rewired with camera cables, so every central axis is effectively ‘camera prepared’. • A arm can be converted to a stopped monitor arm by adding the stop ring and vice versa. So, a lamp arm can convert to carry a monitor and a monitor arm can be converted back to a lamp. • The system allows for stopped bottom arms and stopped top arms to support the installations of cameras and monitors. • The introduction of the ‘Stopped Top Arm’ cable should allow multiple cables to be routed to a monitor arm without the use of expensive and complex wireless links.

Notes Continued: • The spring arm now features +45 -70 degrees of vertical movement which means that the light is less dependent on the correct mounting height and the lamp head can be brought down level with the OR table. • The Total system includes a polarity check indicator on the slip ring which helps to prevent damage to lamp heads by reverse polarity. • Covers are fixed in place with screws to avoid them being accidentally dislodged and screws are fitted with hygienic silicon covers. The covers have safety tags to avoid them accidentally being dislodged. • The OT light structure system is predominantly aluminium which reduces weight during installation and the Aluminium construction is highly corrosion resistant. • The system has again improved the levels of ingress protection to reduce the chance of damage when adverse environmental conditions allow condensation. • Brandon Medical can provide a full range of ceiling spacer frames to provide a thermal break between the cold stem and the building mounting in the warm and moist ceiling cavity space. • The 160000lux lamp heads should have a diameter minimum of 630mm for Main and 480mm for satellite, providing a compact and space efficient design to allow installation within a laminar flow theatre. • Double OT light should be supplied with emergency power back up with following specifications: • Emergency Power Units. –The system is designed to provide a single operating light with a maintained 24V DC Supply for a period of no less than 3hrs as in accordance with the regulatory and recommendatory documentation. • The unit required 230V AC under healthy conditions, in the event of a 230V AC Mains Power Failure, the batteries will provide the 24V dc with a seamless changeover.
