Restoration of rain damages on Raja-ka-Talab Batrahan Golwan Chhattar Road KM 0.0 to 5.955 SH Providing and laying Grading III Pot Holes at RD 5.450 to 5.955

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100(eighty-hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and bromming, crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic meters) per ten square meters, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III, 53mm to 22.4mm ( Fifty three millimeters to twenty two point four millimeters) size, 75mm ( seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose materials, triming of sides cleaning of surface by providing and applying tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 (Viscosity Grade - ten) grade conforming to IS:73 (IS: Seventy three) to be applied by heating in oil fired and self propelled or towed bitumen boiler and spraying the material uniformly with pressure sprayer at a rate of 0.30 ( zero point thirty ) per square meter including providing , laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of type-A 13.2mm (Thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm (Five decimal six millimeter) aggregate at the rate 0.27cum.per 10 sqm. (Zero point two seven cubic meter) per ten square meter premixed with bitumen binder VG-10(viscosity grade-ten) at the rate 14.6 kg. (fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square meter of road surface and providing and laying of premix seal coat type-B for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using 0.06(zero point zero six ) cubic meter of fine aggregate per ten square meter premixed with VG-10(viscosity grade -ten) 6.8 Kg.(Six decimal eight kilogramme) as per MORD technical specification clause-1904.2 and as per the direction of entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of labour, machinery and aggregate/sand including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rates including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
