Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 150mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Thrust block of size 0.25m x 0.25m x 0.50m made out of RCC M-20 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations incl rafts, footings, basement slabs for holding of raising mains of 80/150 mm pipelines all as specified and directed.

Structural steel work using flat iron of size 50x6 mm thick incl necessary cutting, bending, welding and drilling to make shape as required at site for providing supports under /over water supply main of size 150/80 mm bore pipe including providing mild steel stud of 100mm length complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling of bore hole 200mm dia from ground level to 90 metre in any strata by Odex/ DTH method as per IS : 2800 : 1979 (revised and amended upto date) below ground level through any kind of strata soils/rocks, disposal of surplus soil within a distance of 100m, well ramming and stablizing of material, transportation of drilling Rig and other T&P required, keeping space for pea gravel packing in and including lowering and extraction of casing pipes of suitable thickness after lowering of designed assemble of EWR pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) ERW housing pipes shall be measured and paid saperately (ii) Casing pipe alongwith direct rotary drill pipes with tools shall be arranged by the contractor and the same shall remain property of contractor after extraction. (iii) In case of non extraction of casing pipe during the course of drilling any type of mishappening, any type of fishing operation of failure of borewell, the contractor will have no claim what so ever on this account. (iv) The verticality test of the tubewell structure shall be carried out by the contractor and the cost is deemed to the included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (v) The contractor has to submit test results/report as per IS:2800(Part-II-1979(With latest amendments) as following:- (a) Results of the tubewell depth and water level measurements. (b) Results of development and drawdown test are to be given in tabular form as per relevant IS. (c) The verticality test report shall be given as per the relevant IS. (vi) The housing/casing pipe shall be inserted only after certificate given by AGE(I) for successful bore hole.

Mild steel ERW screwed and socketed housing pipes 150mm nominal bore having minimum 5 mm wall thickness confirming to IS:4270-2001 and all around welded with 03 Nos stiffeners of flat iron 50x6mm, 300 mm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 46 above but by means of over pumping unit at rate 25% above 32 LPS discharge consisting of VT pump as required until free water is obtained complete all as specified and directed

S & F well cap suitable for 150 mm (6") dia bore well all as specified and directed.

Yield testing of the tube well continous upto 12 hours all as directed to determine the safe pumping yield of tube well complete all as specified

Supply of the sample starta box with glass cover 3mm thick and having internal dimensions 900 x 400 x 150mm deep made out of 25mm thick teak wood plank having pegon hole and fully glazed on one side displaying starta sample as found by drilling tube well complete having letters painted also including preoration of bore well chart on tracing cloth complete showing various starta complete all as specified.

Supply, installation & testing of submersible pump of capacity 5 HP, 415 volts, 11 stages, rating 100W25RA5, 100W series water filled motor sufficient for 100 LPM and 150 meter head suitable for 150 mm casing pipe and connected 50 mm dia HDPE pipe complete all as directed.
