Demolishing Brick work manually/ mechanically means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 mtr lead (in cement mortar).

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Extra for Brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting patches in propper shape , raking out joints and preparing the plastering the surface

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

10cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with specified tile bricks grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2 % of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat. With machine moulded Common burnt clay (Non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10.0

Painting top of roof with bitumen of approved quality at 17 kg/ 10sqm impregenates with a cost of coarse sand at 60 cudm per 10 sqm including clening the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil complete with residual type petroleum bitumen of grade VG-10

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design. In 75x75 mm deep chase.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacturer (two or more coats) and of required shades on new work , over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete

Providing and fixing on wall for unplastcised rigid PVC rain water pipes including jointing with seal ring 110mm dia.

Provision for slogan writing, name of WSS, logo and Quotatious on civil structure 50 sft
