Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks,setting aside(or lowering if required) for repairs, ,cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnection and refixing in position,cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity of tank exc 250 & n.exc 500 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Removing the existing roof treatment of any description completely and remove all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping,clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The work shall be carried upto G+2 stored bldg.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in coping, coving, roof padding/levelling course over roof slab mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : LWPA shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges cills, coving, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railigs upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, sligtly rounded or chamfered angles and throating mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacture's as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacture's instruction on roof surfaces and finishing even and fair to receive APP membrane complete all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately )

Supply only integral Water proofing compound/admixture complete all as specified and directed..

S&F for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg /Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. Not less than 150gms / sqm) laid over compatible primer at 0.3 litre/Sqm, torching the membrane on whole surface uniformly while unrolling the membrane by LPG and sealed with trowel after necessary preparation of surface complete all as per manufactures instructions and finally finished with a coat of bit mastic aluminium paint over the membrane. The over lap joint shall be provided of 75mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction respectively. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work shall be executed though authorised applicatore of APP membrane with the approval of Accepting officer before execution of work.

S&F 20 mm bore galvinised steel water tubing 'medium grade' including necessary fitting such as GI bends, tee, union, etc fixed on walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete and connecting to water supply pipe line complete all specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm bore galvinised steel water tubing 'medium grade' including necessary fitting such as GI bends, tee, union, etc fixed on walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete and connecting to water supply pipe line complete all specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position ( walls, ceiling , floors, etc.) including cleaning 20 mm nominal bore complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position ( walls, ceiling , floors, etc.) including cleaning 25 mm nominal bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc including taking down existing tank complete all as specified & directed.
