Investigation, Design & construction of Physical Infrastructure and Social Infrastructure in EWS layouts at Mangalagiri, Narasaraopeta ULBs in Guntur District, Kandukuru ULB in Prakasam district, Physical Infrastructure at Ananthavaram, Dondapadu, Inavolu, Mandadam, Nidamarru, Nowluru, Penumaka, Thulluru in CRDA region and Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of two (2) Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) of a total capacity of 2.40 MLD (Mangalagiri-RGK Colony - 0.90 MLD in Guntur district & Kandukuru - 1.50 MLD in Prakasam district) based on any appropriate technology (Technology neutral) with post completion O&M of entire STPs for 7 (Seven) years including 2 (Two) years Defect Liability Period under PMAY-HFA(U) scheme om Lump sum contract (Percentage Tender) (With DLP of 2 years).
