Taking down carefully of point wiring (Light , fan, socket or power complete fittings such as switches,Ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets, Bell push) removing from site of work and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Taking down of Light fitting, MCB, DB etc to be measured and paid separately.

Taking down only cable from existing conduit including fittings such as switches,Ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets, Bell push) removing from site of work and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Taking down of Light fitting, MCB, DB etc to be measured and paid separately.

Taking down carefully DB box of any sizes & capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring using stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated Unsheathed complete in & including non metallic rigid PVC concealled conduit 1.6mm thick including all fittings and accessories, using new sunken pressed steel terminal boxes with frame and cover plate of suitable size for mounting of modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc fastened with chromium plated screws and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as continues earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and rewinding the ceiling fan motor of 1200/1400 mm sweep, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate guage and replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing , greasing/oiling of bush and the bearing, nut,bolt&washer etc and testing after reassembling and refixing at its original location complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable motor of exhaust fan and rewinding motor of Exhaust fan 300 MM singal phase 230 volt motor with super enameled copper wire of appropriate guage of any make including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing , greasing/oiling of bush and the bearing, replacement of missing/worn out nut,bolt & washer split pin etc and testing after reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed.

(iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of above all provisions.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 76372.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
