Laying of CC internal roads

Removal of unsuitable/ unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid seperately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification clause 302.3.11 MORD/ 301 MORTH, including Overhead charges and Contractors Profit @ 13.615%

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material (Table 400.1-A) with Grading III material (HBG M/C + Stone Dust) CBR Value not less than 20 and PI Value less than 6 spreading in uniform layers with Tractor grader on prepared surface and achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD, including Over Head Charges, Contractor Profit @ 13.615% but excluding seigniorages charge and GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade OPC cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 M20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse agregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.20 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, cotraction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, bitumenous sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joint, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 1501.22 MORD including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance, hire charges of machinaries etc as per direction of Engineer in charge complete, including Overhead charges and Contractors Profit @ 13.615%

Construction of sawn joint grove(using diamond studded blades) 3 to 5 mm wide and 1/4 to 1/3 depth of the slab +/- 5 mm or as stipulated in the drawings and dowel bars complying with clause 602.6.5 of specifications for road and bridge works (3rd revision) published new delhi in 1995 by IRC on behalf of Govt of India, Ministry of surface transport as directed in the drawings. The contraction joint shall be cut as soon as the concrete as undergone initial hardening and as hard enough to take the load of joint sawing machine with out causing damaging to the slab.The joint ceiling compound shall not be poured bitumen type having flexibility ,resistance to age hardening and durability of the sealant shall be in accordance with BS 5212(Part-2) with all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all ,materials etc., completed for 50mm depth, including Overhead charges and Contractors Profit @ 13.615%

Construction of shoulders by providing selected earth having minimum CBR of 10% with LL & PI not more than 40% and 20 respectively and spreading in uniform layers to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with as per Technical Specification Clause 303 & 407 MORD, by using machinery, including Overhead charges and Contractors Profit @ 13.615%
