Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work such as spade work, pick work, jumper work saturated/unsaturated soil blasting work and chiseling/wedging up to all depth and lifts including pumping and bailing out water where ever required stacking the excavated earth not mre than 3mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation and then returing the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into the plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidated layer by raming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated material within all leads and lifts.

Wire crates made of G.I.wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire, (Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately) G.I.Wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6(15Cmx15cm.Mesh) within all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge

Wire crate made of G.I wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (Wire crate to be measured and paid for separately)in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 sand: 8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. in: -

Foundation footing bases of columns and like mass concrete

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs. Thickness) including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts:-

Vertical surfaces such as wall(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like -

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6 sand: 12 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts .

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry course with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement Mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 sand) in breast wall and retaining wall complete in all respect and to the entire satisfation of the Engineer in charge.

Boulder filling behind retaining wall under floor with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level i.c cost of binding wire with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing , fixing CI sluice valves of folowing dia within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Laying, jointing, and testing in trenches HDPE pipes of following dia meter and classes as per IS 4984-1995 grade PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulicaly operated machine complete with butt (heat) fusion welded joints with necessary fitting such as bends, tees, reducers etc. fabricated in avalance with IS 8360 and IS 8008 with latest ammendments and shall be provided as per the conditions. The flanges of the pipes shall be made as and where required confirming to IS code 8008 and 7634, stud ends shall be fussion welded on pipes and flanges shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating plastic powder. The flanges should be confirming to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts and bolts (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfation of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing anchor block eand control valve arrangement with cast iron sluice valve 100mm dia including anchor block size 0.30x0.30x0.30 with base for sluice valve in cement concrete 1:2:4 with base concrete in sluice valve with in all leads and lifts.
