5.46.3:Providing and fixing of expansion joint system of approved make and manufactures for various roof locations as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-In- Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members with, self aligning and self centering arragement support plates asper ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides watertight roof to roof/roof to corner joint cover expansion control system that is capable of accommodating multidirectional seismic movement without stress to its components. System shall consist of metal profile that incorporates a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and roof treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s preengineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. The Joint System shall resists damage or deterioration from the impact of falling ice, exposure to UV, airborne contaminants and occasional foot traffic from maintenance personnel. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have water tight joint is mandatory requirement. Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.Roof Joint of 200 mm gap.

5.45.3:Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/ external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221-02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063).Wall Joint of 200 mm gap.

22.6:Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. d) fourth and final layer of brick tilling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured)

OD33983/2021-2022:Supplying and fixing prestressed steel door A) frames of profiles A/B/C/E of size 90x60mm/105x60xx/165x60xx confirming to IS:4351 manufactured from prime quality steel sheets of 18G (1.25mm) thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, head and if required base tie and then mitred the corners, welded to the size as per specifications and fitted or welded with adjustable lugs wit split end tail to each jamb including SS butt hinges 100x2mm and provided with mortar guards, shock absorbers and lock strike plate as specified and pre-treated , phosphate and then applied with suitable primer and painted with two coats of polyurethane paint or alternatively with desired shades of powder coated. B) Door shutters :- Made out of 20G(0.9mm) prime quality steel sheets pressed to profiles of 75x30mm for shutter outer frame and embossed and stiffened sheet for inner panel, assembled together by welding/riveting and then pre treated , phosphate and finally applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint or polyurethane paint over a coat of zinchromate metal primer or alternatively with desired shades of powder coating including all hardware fittings as aldrops, tower bolts, hinges and handles etc all made out SS as per the schedule of hardware fittings supplied as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

9.118.2:Providing and fixing to existing door frames30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
